Caring isn’t just my family's story, it is the story of millions, caring for each other, dealing with tough times, and keeping going with love.
Sharing our story hasn't been easy, but it's important. It's time to bring carers' experiences into the light.

Cannot stress this enough but if you’re at the Cottage on Wednesday, get involved and make your presence known. Those European nights were spine tingling, even the play-off triumph against Derby was immense and this clash will be no different. We have a duty. Let’s get it. #ffc

🗣️ @AlanShearer: "He jumped over the f***ing ball!"
The guys were in complete disbelief that VAR awarded the #MCFC goal against #FFC on the weekend! 😳

Ashkan Dejagah, former captain of Iran's national team has been banned from leaving the country for posting an Instagram story in support of Iranian women.
Ashkan is also a former player for @FulhamFC and @VfLWolfsburg_EN.

Does anyone have an idea if/when tickets will be available to members for the Wolves away game? @WhiteNoise1879 @Turnstile_Talk

Never been so pissed off after a game as I am this evening. You can't even celebrate goals anymore. I want to stay up but I won't miss @premierleague one bit if we do go down. VAR truly is the worse thing to happen to football

All we want was goal line tech. We didn't want middle aged nerds in a cubicle playing god.

Everyone knows Fulham have played well enough to stay up this season.
If we don't it'll be because of VAR.

Thank you @stefanjohansen for your tireless service over the last 4 years. 142 appearances & 21 goals doesn't begin to reflect your value to Fulham in that time. No matter where we played you or whether we did, you always gave 100%. Your passion & fight will be missed. #ffc

Good Fulham vibes only for the rest of the season from me. Regardless where we finish I want to get some enjoyment from the season, see us play some decent stuff now & again & have some player performances to get me on my feet. Rose tinted specs on.

This, by @danielstorey85, says it all. Utterly damming and objectively correct. @TonyKhan & colleagues should read this and use it a blueprint to do the opposite.
