I don't watch him. I share clips of his hateful, idiotic, non-petitioning, non-journalism BS. There's a difference.

Yep. IMO Karen should settle and leave TB alone in the defamation dust.

The Plaintiffs in this case are Jen McCabe, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and Brian Higgins. Not the CW.

Thanks. I was going to say that but assumed they were referring to what KR has already produced from the criminal trial.

I just watched. I agree with about 85%. I don't think he's familiar with the MA distinctions. Still, it was a great overview and I suggest others watch. Especially those who are unnecessarily raging.

I second these questions. Set aside the expert witness component - who spews this vitriol about anyone? It's not journalism. It's not satire. It's hatred. He's also clinging to a sippy cup 🤦♀️

That material may end up on the priv log since it's sealed. Communications with KR's family are also arguably protected as an extension of/agent of Karen's.

No problem! The anti-Gildea echo chamber is incredibly frustrating.

She should also refrain from sharing legal opinions. We all read her atrocious pro se TB countersuit that was dismissed. Is she still in part time online law school?
Nothing about Judge Gildea's order compelling Yannetti to respond to the House Plaintiff's subpoena suggests corruption. Orders contrary to KR's position don't automatically equate to corruption. As a fellow FKR, please knock it off!
The crucial element here is Karen Read's informed consent. What has KR consented to? Her five page Opposition says Yannetti can produce responsive materials so long as they don't fall within the protected attorney-client privilege and attorney work product categories. Those materials are entered on a priv log. They're not turned over. That is NOT what the Plaintiff's are asking for.
The majority of requested documents don't fall under either category. Aidan Kearney, as a journalist, is not an agent covered by these protections. People screaming corruption are screaming against what Karen herself has approved. It's YANNETTI who appears to be broadly misrepresenting what Karen has consented to. He argues everything remotely confidential is off the table. That interpretation is much broader than Karen's position. People should be more concerned about that detail.

Former U.S. Attorney Rachel Rollins, who was ejected from her top prosecutor job under a cloud of federal corruption investigations, was just escorted out of Courtroom 10 after she disrupted the proceedings with noise from her cell phone, which caught the attention of Judge Denise Casper

AWOL for five months and lied about his military record!
Billy Farwell did not graduate from Stoughton High School.
In fact, he didn't graduate from any of the high schools, Farwell's attorney just confirmed on cross examination
Billy went AWOL for five months during his first enlistment, he admits on the stand.
He wasn't hired by Stoughton the first time because he lied about his military record
