I regularly look at artists’ drawings of D'arktanyan, so that’s why I drew the tattoo that way.

Even though I know D'arktanyan is male, I don't care because I prefer females anyway.

In my interpretation, I like to see D’arktanyan as Constance because she’s already D’artagnan love interest in the novel. In Battle Cats, D’artagnan is represented by D’artanyan. That’s why I love this ship so much!

It was my first time using an XPPen, so I decided to try drawing D'artanyan.

but they ended up paying attention to the people who criticized them. I really don't understand why they would care so much about those people. I’m not even sure if those people are actually their fans. This issue has been going on for like 2–3 years now.

Apparently, some people from certain Western communities criticized them for drawing D’arktanyan as a girl, which might be one of the reasons they stopped drawing her. Honestly, most of the fans seem to like female D’arktanyan anyway
