Interesting thread on the use - and non-use - of AI in higher education. Education more broadly, especially schools, needs to consider how to use/not use AI pretty quickly, before we lament an irrecoverable loss of learning.

🧡UChicago is leading the way on AI in higher education. 1. All students will take an analog writing class. 2. Core classes in the humanities and social sciences will prohibit technology in class. 3. A new requirement in computational thinking will likely be added to the core.
