I usually don’t tweet about these type of things often, but I’ve been seeing it a lot particularly in Valorant and in the last couple years.
It does not matter how popular, hard working, or talented someone is, there will always be consequences. I don’t know when this idea got lost for so many people over the last couple years, but it was a very well-known thing when I started esports 10 years ago.
Your image as a person is EVERYTHING nowadays, and its astonishing that orgs/peers don’t try to help or train for it especially with the increased use of social media and the influence it has our on life and work.
Basically, don’t be stupid online OR in person, its not that hard 👍

[BREAKING] Riot have officially removed 🇹🇭 TALON from the VCT League.
"After being made aware of delayed payments to players and other financial issues, Riot Games worked closely with TALON for over a month, and even granted extensions to allow TALON to demonstrate material improvement, but TALON was ultimately unable to meet the standards required to continue as a partner in the VCT.
Riot Games has sent invitations to a number of teams in APAC as part of a selective competitive application process to find a replacement team. We will provide an update when we have finalized the process."

After winning back to back VCL SEA Splits and a deep run in APAC Ascension with @Motiv_Esports I'm quite late to the table for most teams but open to any remaining opportunities.
When I started out coaching I built a system based on training adaptation, flexibility and player development. Over the past 3 years I've tried other methods and finally come back to my own. With Motiv I've used that system to develop a strong team into the undisputed best in our region. I'm ready to do so now at the highest level.

VCT Ascension marked the end of our season. We made it past the groups but couldn’t make an impact in the playoffs. But for me, this season was not about results. It was about the process. I started the season in a new environment and ended it appreciating every single person that was a part of it.
