It's pretty simple - you're not obligated to have sex with your wife / husband any more than you're "obligated" to water the grass in front of your house. But if you don't, the grass dies. So if you don't want a dead marriage, have sex with your spouse.
Unpopular opinion: most founders are the bottleneck and would rather redesign the website than admit it. Are you the exception?
The people who are best at this work are usually the worst at telling anyone about it, and the market punishes that hard.
When you finally go after the thing you want, a whole list of feelings you did not order arrives with it.
There is a reason for every one of them.
Stress, because the stakes are finally real. Before, failing cost you nothing. Now it costs you something you care about.
Panic, because growth adds weight before it adds structure. The company gets bigger faster than the systems holding it up.
Burnout, because most founders carry every gap personally until somebody is hired to carry it.
Failure, because you are trying more things than you ever have. More attempts means more misses, and some of them happen in public.
Hate, because visibility attracts it. The person who never puts anything out never gets criticized.
Struggle, because the skills that got you here were built for a smaller version of the company.
Grief, because becoming the next version of yourself means leaving some of the old one behind. Old routines, old friendships, sometimes the people who got you here.
Every one of these showed up for me, and most of them arrived in the months when things were going right.

I have thousands of case studies and I put none of them in my authority video.
Sounds backwards. Here's why it works.
Testimonials ask a stranger to believe someone else's result. Great copy makes them believe their own. When you describe their problem better than they can describe it themselves, they assume you have the solution. Then you show them the problem they've been fighting is a symptom of one bigger problem nobody else named.
That's what moves a cold prospect to a five-figure call in 20 or 30 minutes.
Most webinars do the reverse. Long intro. Big credentials. An hour of teaching. A rushed pitch at the end.
Watch your presentation this week and time the first ten minutes. If they aren't about the viewer, rewrite them.
