The allegations are disturbing: On May 14, 2025, David Bell underwent a pelvic MRI at the Cleveland Clinic that the lawsuit says showed no need for surgery. Five days later, Bell underwent another MRI in Philadelphia and was allegedly told he had a core muscle injury requiring surgery. Bell’s lawsuit alleges the second MRI findings were misrepresented to convince him to undergo a procedure he didn’t need.
