I left my job as an assistant principal which was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. However, it was the right decision.
My gift is building relationships and as an assistant principal I was never able to hone into that gift.
My new role is primarily that!
Crazy enough I am most comfortable in a room of black men. I feel like I’m going to be understood and I am around brothers even if I’ve never met none of them.
