A UK national security assessment has warned that climate-driven ecosystem collapse could threaten our food security, drive migration, increase geopolitical instability and raise the risk of conflict.
It was published in January.

The likely explanation of this is that they simply don’t have an adequate plan. That’s why they won’t allow us to know their plan: because they barely have one.
(That’s obviously why they have tried to suppress the National Security Assessment on ecosystem collapse and the DEFRA ‘critical systems’ report. It’s probably the same here.)
