5-0 protection. The right side falls victim to the stunt. The edge has a free shot a Mike.
Drake is wide open too. Frustrating is an understatement.

NO QB HAS POSITIVE DVOA UNDER PRESSURE.
For those trying to knock Penix for having trouble with it. It takes time and experience to get good under pressure. The fact he’s playing so well clean is a good sign. Good QBs can play well while the pocket is clean.
To be great, he has to improve under pressure. But that’s a development thing. Not something dudes are just born with. All the guys in the league who are good at it are 4+ year starters.

I need other #Falcons fans to finally stop treating games at the Benz like a nightclub or a random social event, and actually go make noise and cheer for the team. I shouldn’t be the only one in my section always making noise, standing up on 3rd down and waving my flag.
I think first and foremost everyone needs to just take a deep breath lol. Penix has done some solid work in the 2 3/4 games he’s played this year, but no one, including this front office is drawing conclusions off of such small sample size. Penix will have the year, and we pray he stays healthy for it to give us HOPE that he’s the guy long-term and gives us hope that we can continue to build around him.
Standing on either side of the debate is a bit weird to me, you can be a fan of his for sure, but with limitations of knowing he still might not be the guy. Just relax, take a breathe and let it play out
Per CBS @garrettpodell Since Week 3, Michael Penix Jr. ranks third in EPA per dropback (0.33), fifth in completion percentage (73.3%), first in pass yards per attempt (10.6) and fourth in passer rating (113.1). (+6)
Is he perfect? No. Does he still have things to work on? absolutely? But I think some of you need to slow down, take a deep breath and realize #atlantaflacons were literally the laughing stock of the NFL the first two weeks of the season. That completely changed once Penix Jr. took over as QB1.
I'll be interested to see where he stands following Sunday's game but something tells me there should not be much of a fall off. If I'm wrong, I'll STFU....but if not...then I suggest some of you relax and let the man continue to build on the success he is having.
Nailed it

Usual suspects are currently jumping ship as quickly as they jumped on it a week ago… comical

Falcons Hangover Tidbits:
♦️3-3 is about where this squad should be. Take a breath. Beat Chicago
♦️Zachariah Branch needs to touch the ball more
♦️Give kicker/punter some props. 3/3 & 53.3 average
♦️Trio of 26 year olds (Sydney Brown, Dexter, Cameron Thomas) are sensational adds
Falcons need to pound them more cause the announcers just called the them all role players on defense @AtlantaFalcons
