Another 5 miles that brings me to 56/75 for #milesformind. Running is not only good for your mental health but has also provided me a way of raising awareness of @FaceEquality and their campaigns ensuring that people like myself are not forgotten #ukrunchat #FaceEqualityWeek
Just smash out a half marathon for #milesformind and Team @fitamin_c 💯😊🏃♂️👍🏻💙.

But am going to get out today and smash a half marathon out anyway 💯🏃♂️💪🏻👏🏻💚.

I have Coronavirus I have spent the last week fighting for my life in ICU. I wanted to share personal video about how deadly and dangerous this is. Can you help me retweeting this out. We must protect our amazing NHS staff. #coronavirus #Covid19 2/2

When the Corona Virus finally exhausts itself and the danger is over, let's do something good for our country,
Let's spend our holidays in the UK, eat in local restaurants, buy British products, buy local meats and veggies and support local businesses.....
Really enjoyed that run and to be honest running seems a privilege so enjoy it everyone 😊🏃♂️🏃♀️.
Also well done to all people out following the #SocialDistancing rules 😊👏🏻
