Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi. Last night, Reyne Smith told us one of the reasons he came to The College was for a chance to play in the NCAA Tournament. Now his dream is a reality. @WCBD

It's a fine line between passionate and obsessed. Bishop England grad Shawn Runey may cross both lines when it comes to baseball, and that's a good thing. BE JUCO NC Central (program eliminated) Bluefield State and now... Australia. Yes, Australia. To play. It's a cool tale.

Totally pumped for this, because I know how hard he's worked. Bishop England grad Patrick Antonelli, starting for D2 Emory & Henry tonight against a solid, D1 team, Radford. Antonelli drops 14 points, and look at him getting to the hoop. Good for the Mt. Pleasant native.

What an intriguing & unconventional ride its been for Shawn Runey. From Bishop England, to JUCO, to D1 NC Central, an HBCU. Now, an unexpected crossroad. NC Central dropping its baseball program. Runey is literally pitching against teams, he hopes to join next year. His story.
