Here's the assurance people keep asking for on $DAG and it isn't a chart. @BenJorgensen article names three pillars AI needs: Security Auditability Cost savings @Conste11ation didn't invent those for this post. Iron SPIDR is a network built around exactly that. Every communication event immutably notarized. Provable source attribution instead of a username and password. Running alongside existing infrastructure instead of ripping it out, which is the cost savings part people skip past. This isn't new information. It's been sitting in plain sight. Now watch where that foundation actually lives. Constellation Network is a named portfolio company inside @aiaiholdings $AIAI a NASDAQ-listed holding company with a $100M-plus revenue bar for acquisitions, audited financials required and $272M in combined 2025 portfolio revenue already on the books. The model deploys AI into a company in 4 to 6 months instead of years of outside licensing, and keeps existing management in place while doing it. That is where the Iron SPIDR foundation is showing up as product. @_GateAI cut Rocket Resume's AI costs 23%, live, today. @DorTechnologies runs in 2,000+ locations and now tells operators exactly where they are understaffed instead of leaving them to guess. Not pilots. Paying, working deployments inside a public company with audited numbers behind it. DAG is the layer running underneath all of it. Watch AIAI.
Security and compression are how you use AI. Auditability is how you prove it. HGTP is the layer that makes that proof independent of the vendor. Gate writes the trail. The Hypergraph is what keeps it from being just another log.

S&P Capital IQ is now reporting that $AIAI has agreed to acquire Fairfax National Security Solutions from M42, with the deal expected to close this year. Fairfax reportedly generated about $250M in revenue in 2025, so this could be a major change in scale for AIAI if the transaction closes on favorable terms. What I’m watching for next is the official $AIAI filing or announcement. The purchase price, financing structure and any dilution will tell us how significant this really is. For now, this is one of the more important developments around $AIAI But overall I’m bullish on @aiaiholdings are you? source: marketscreener.com/news/aiai…

🐇 🕳️ Deeper into the $DAG rabbit hole we go. The S-1 filing connects AI scale with battle-tested blockchain infrastructure. MY THESIS shows how @Conste11ation would become a core subsidiary under $AIAI Holdings. That would position $DAG as the verified data backbone for the entire ecosystem under the AI² umbrella ☂️ The 5 pillars: C.C. Carlton MediGuide Vanguard Healthcare Solutions Bond Street AI Research Corporation @Conste11ation would become the 6th pillar as the trust layer connecting every business. 1. C.C. Carlton Industries cccindltd.com C.C. Carlton generated roughly $211.5 M in revenue last year & handles hospitals, schools, wastewater plants & municipal projects. That creates massive amounts of data from equipment, compliance & project activity. @Conste11ation can turn that data into immutable evidence so bids, change orders & insurance claims become verifiable. When paired with @M42_AI_, construction gains predictive maintenance, automated compliance & optimized scheduling. 2. MediGuide mediguide.com MediGuide serves around 2 million people across 150 countries in more than 80 languages. $DAG can validate patient records, diagnostics & telehealth sessions so medical information becomes tamper-proof & auditable. @M42_AI_ can then deliver predictive diagnostics, personalized care plans & population-level health insights. 3. @VanguardHS_ vanguardhealthcare.co.uk Vanguard handles accident case management, mobile units & temporary clinical facilities. $DAG provides the validation layer so claims stay accurate, patient data remains secure & care pathways stay verifiable. 4. Bond Street Bond Street remarkets office hardware & tech supplies, where every returned laptop, server or device impacts margins & trust. @Conste11ation can create provenance chains so every device can be tracked from warehouse to end user. Returns & warranty claims become easier to settle because the data cannot be altered. 5. @airesearchcorp airesearchcorp.com AI Research Corporation focuses on edge analytics & advanced AI, moving computation away from centralized cloud systems to the edge where speed & privacy matter most. $DAG is built for distributed environments where AI models train & run directly on verified real-world data. That reduces latency, improves privacy & creates cryptographic proof for every output. 6. @Conste11ation constellationnetwork.io @Conste11ation becomes the trust layer tying the entire structure together. @M42_AI_ is the intelligence layer sitting on top of every pillar, using the trusted data secured by @Conste11ation. As more data moves through the network, more validators are needed to process & secure it. That means more $DAG being locked as collateral to support the expanding ecosystem. Construction data can improve logistics. Healthcare data can improve AI models. Edge analytics can improve supply chains. Every loop creates more verifiable data for @Conste11ation to secure. Why This Matters: The S-1 outlines growth capital & ecosystem development. The @Nasdaq listing delivers credibility most crypto projects never achieve. @Conste11ation already has credibility through @DeptofWar contracts, @AFResearchLab validation, @US_TRANSCOM integrations & IRON SPIDR. AI² is standardizing the data layer across every company it acquires. @Conste11ation Hypergraph becomes the trust layer across the entire structure. @M42_AI_ becomes the intelligence layer, the brains of the ecosystem, using trusted data secured by @Conste11ation to strengthen all pillars. ➡️For C.C. Carlton that means predictive maintenance. ➡️For MediGuide it means better diagnostics. ➡️For @VanguardHS_ it means smarter deployment. ➡️For Bond Street it means better forecasting. ➡️For @airesearchcorp it means stronger AI models. ➡️ For @Conste11ation, AI² owns the companies. $DAG become the foundation everything runs on. @Conste11ation secures it. $DAG powers it. AI² scales it.

An update on the yesterday's PacaSwap incident: On August 24, an attacker exploited a flaw in Tessellation's fee-transaction accounting to create SWAP tokens that were never backed by deposits, then sold them into the SWAP/DAG liquidity pool. The pool's DAG reserves were drained as a result. I want to be direct about what happened, what we've done, and how we're handling the impact on liquidity providers. What happened. The attacker submitted a batch of fee transactions with amounts chosen to force an underflow, a subtraction that drops below zero and wraps the result around to a large positive number. The amounts also made the batch settle on figures that all looked correct: every balance finished valid and non-negative, and the totals reconciled, so inspecting the end state would not have found the problem. Catching this requires checking each transaction in the sequence rather than the result. The flaw was in one Tessellation code path, the one that applies fee transactions to balances. It was not a flaw in PacaSwap's logic, and not a compromise of any key, node, or wallet. The flaw was specific to metagraph fee transactions, which exist only where a metagraph runs both a Data layer and a Currency layer. No DAG was created, and DAG's supply is unchanged. Hypergraph consensus was never interrupted. The DAG that left the pool was real DAG contributed by liquidity providers. That is why we are replacing it. The attacker minted SWAP in a single snapshot, sold it into the pool over the following hours, and moved approximately 12.1 million DAG to exchange addresses. Those addresses are identified and have been shared with the relevant exchanges. PacaSwap's three other pools were unaffected and required no intervention. We halted the metagraph roughly four hours after the mint, which stopped further extraction. What we've fixed. Fee transactions are now applied one at a time through checked arithmetic that rejects any operation which would overflow or underflow a balance. The validation happens per transaction, not on the total. This shipped in Tessellation v3.5.26 and is live across the network. That release also activated stricter cryptographic verification of fee-transaction signatures and tightened validation on adjacent code paths. Hardening work in this area continues and is under independent review. Liquidity providers. Liquidity providers in the SWAP/DAG pool took a real loss when the pool's DAG reserves were drained. That loss is being covered. We reconstructed every trade in the affected window from on-chain data, all 132 transaction legs across 60 snapshots. - The pool will be restored. Constellation is injecting 11,974,147.51 DAG from treasury to return the SWAP/DAG pool to the reserves and price it would have held had the mint never occurred. That figure is sized to the pool's restored state, not to the amount the attacker took, because it also accounts for the DAG that buyers paid in during the window and the DAG still in the pool. Liquidity providers do not absorb this loss. - Users who bought SWAP during the window keep fair value. Ten addresses paid real DAG at prices the compromised pool was quoting. Rather than reversing those purchases, we replayed each one against the pre-incident price curve and each buyer keeps exactly what they would have received at a fair price. They are victims here, and they are not being penalized for trading during a window they had no way to identify. - The minted SWAP is being removed from circulation. The wallets that received the minted tokens, and the wallets that received those tokens onward without paying for them, are being reduced by the amount that was created. This is not a roll back, and no transaction history is being altered. The correction applies going forward, at a single future snapshot. The result will be fully visible one chain. Every figure above was derived from mainnet snapshots and is independently verifiable on-chain. Timing. The remediation is a single coordinated change across Tessellation and PacaSwap, and it has to land correctly the first time. It is in review now. We will not restart PacaSwap until that review is complete and verified, and we will announce the restart before it happens rather than after. What changes. The specific bug is closed, but the more useful question is why this path validated an end state instead of each operation that produced it. We are auditing the arithmetic across every balance-mutating path in the protocol on that basis, and expanding external review of this code. The bridge was closed as a precaution and will reopen when PacaSwap does. We'll post the restart plan and timeline as soon as the review clears. If you hold SWAP or provided liquidity, you do not need to do anything. There is nothing to claim, migrate, restore, or approve. No action on your part is required at any point in this process. Be careful of scams that claim otherwise. @conste11ation $DAG $SWAP
Pacaswap was targeted in an attack earlier today. The attacker exploited a vulnerability in the metagraph to drain the SWAP/DAG pool. We have identified that vulnerability and are patching it now. The metagraph and the Bridge are down for maintenance until at least tomorrow. The Hypergraph is unaffected and continues to operate normally. We are covering affected LP losses. No action is needed from you. Scammers impersonate teams after incidents like this. We will never DM you first, and there is no refund form. This account is the only official source. Next update within 24 hours.
