We made tarte flambée using the vegan goat cheese substitute from Finnish company Mø. It turned out to be absolutely fantastic! The cheese melts and the taste gets even more intense by baking. Big recommendation! @der_veganer You should try that one out if you didn't already!

🧡 Making the most of October 5/31🧡 Very much looking forward to Fall Break. Enjoying having the "candles" back on. They have a timer which makes it feel quite magical when they turn on by themselves all over the living room in the evenings. 😊🕯️
