Due to the weather we will NOT be meeting this morning for practice. Please make sure you get a recovery run in once over the next 48 hours and report to your captains or coaches what you ran. Next practice will be after school Thursday at 3:00 from the track.
With rain/storms moving in this morning we are not going to meet as a group today. Get mileage in on your own when safe to do so!
