I met Ivan Casillas about a year ago. I have smiled while reading his post and engaging with him in conversation.
It stands to reason that the Fireside Chat podcast was a great conversation with lots of smiling, laughing and tearing down the gatekeeping.

We’re excited to share that @RunTriMag will be featuring Jason O’Donnell, PCRF Board Member and 2025 Executives 4 Kids member, on their upcoming podcast on October 22! Jason will share his family’s personal journey with childhood cancer and how it inspired his deep commitment to the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation’s mission. 🎙️
At just 11 months old, Jason’s son Brody was diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (AT/RT), a rare and aggressive pediatric cancer. Today, Brody is thriving in remission and a proud high school baseball player. He serves as a true testament to the power of research, hope, and perseverance.
Motivated by his family’s experience, Jason and his associates at O'Donnell Real Estate have become long-time champions for pediatric cancer research, dedicating a portion of every sale to help fund life-saving breakthroughs.
We are deeply grateful to Jason for his leadership and to @RunTriMag for helping raise awareness about the ongoing need for pediatric cancer research and community support! 🎗️

What artists do you think we missed?
Who would you add?
The latest What’s In Your Earbuds? Podcast is out and this was a blast.
@anghollowell, Joe Hardin & myself discussed black music month with our best choices from each decade from Aretha to OutKast.
And we know we missed A LOT like Queen Latifah, The Fugees and Tracy Chapman so drop the other artists that we missed in the comments and let’s celebrate Black Music Month together.

One of the downfalls of social media culture: We value loud voices over knowledgeable ones.
We've devalued expertise in favor of whoever can shout loudest with enough people behind them.
It's made us dumber.

Hey, ultrarunners, I have availability. I can work with 1 or 2 more people. (U.S. only)
The areas that I specialize in are anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and mindset. - Geared towards runners. We can work on a number of other things, as well.
I have knowledge in trauma, and eating disorders because as a Licensed Professional Counselor, those are other areas I specialize in, I just can't treat them as a coach.
If you think that we would make a good team, please email or private message me. The best way to email me is through my website.
We'll do a quick (free) consultation via email, messenger, or if you want to schedule a call. If everything sounds good and my services are what you are looking for, then we can get started right away.
LinkTree in bio.
Let's boost your mental well-being and running to the next level!
