Whenever someone asks me if running is hard, I like to remind them that the hardest part is getting out the door. Also, choosing an outfit to wear; that’s exhausting. @ Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto instagram.com/p/Cis4ta5O5Qi/… – at Toronto, Ontario

Pretty sure I was checking the TTC schedule at this point because I was absolutely done running in the heat. I managed 28km and got to run with @portland_runners_toronto a bit! Thanks for letting me tag a long! instagram.com/p/Cg7RDbirfxr/… – at Toronto, Ontario

Outrunning mosquitos in cottage country. I may have lost two pints of blood on this run! 🦟 @ Paudash Lake instagram.com/p/CfzISrWr5e6/… – at Highlands East, Ontario

At this point I’m grateful for any run I’m able to squeeze in lately and today’s run was a good one! 10 easy kilometres! @ Toronto, Ontario instagram.com/p/CfuW2OZOQC7/… – at Toronto, Ontario

Kicked off Canada Day long weekend by dropping off our little man to the camp bus! First time he will be away for an entire month! . Dear LCBO, yes, the order I placed is legit. 🍻 #summercamp #canadaday #camptamarack instagram.com/p/CfemxGdrjya/… – at Toronto, Ontario
