Our founder and president is taking on @RunTheEdge’s #RuntheYear challenge for the 8th year. One of our missions is to encourage those with lung & rare diseases to be as physically active as they safely can. We’re in the process of forming our teams and will post an update soon.
I was saving @RunTheEdge’s #RuntheYear shirt for the 1st day back at pulmonary rehabilitation. Unfortunately, w/ the high positivity rate, they’ve closed until further notice. I’m wearing my shirt & getting steps in at home where warm & safe. Not the same but better than nothing.

This is my 8th yr doing @RunTheEdge's #RuntheYear challenge. My promise to myself is, if I'm feeling well, I'll do some intentional walking, even if it's only a 1/4 of a mile. Even small steps will help me reach my goal & are better than no steps.
