Cosmeston relays! What a fastastic evening for the club with so many new and old runners in their yellow and black. Gutsy efforts on show by all plus the typical Run4all banter and spirit! 🖤💛

Massive congratulations to all our graduates, you absolutely smashed it. A big thanks to all the run buddies, supporters and parkrun volunteers.

Last night all our hillbillies groups went out in search of some shade in the hope of finding some cooler running conditions.

Back from @wcrelay with @Run4AllNeath and what a weekend of running, friendly competition and memories in sweltering conditions! Stage 4 was an oven but loved the spirit across all teams to get through it! Thanks to the organisers, marshalls and club! Amazing!
Congratulations to everyone who ran last night 👏.

Not our usual Wednesday evening run for this lot. But we do love a mid week race.

We’ve been getting back on our summer routes this week. We were lucky enough not just to get some good weather but some great views too.

Over the last week our member have been out running a variety of runs in all conditions. Everything from Canix cross in the sun to our hillbillies in almost monsoon conditions. As well as picking up parkrun milestones and PB’s. Well done everyone.

Biblical rain and hills maybe isn’t everyone’s fist choice of mid week fun, but it’s what we had last night. Still lots of smiles so couldn’t have been that bad
