Sbg org udah berkecimpung di dunia FnB 1 dekade, gua liat ada 2 case yang mungkin berjalan di harga “gak masuk akal” ini 1. Biaya OPEX dan labour cost dari tmpt ini lumayan tinggi dan ada di tempat kawasan elit, jadi mengharuskan dia kasih harga segitu. Rata2 fnb ambil untung itu 40-60% dari harga tercantum. 2. Strategi bisnis. Di bisnis fnb, sering kali mungkin kalian dan kita liat harga ga masuk akal. Gunanya apa? Yak supaya kalian GAK pesan menu itu, dan kalian berpikir “lah mending gua pesen ini aja sekalian”. Yes, psikologi customer mmg slalu seperti itu, comparing harga dgn reason mendang mending. Jadinya apa? Kalian akan pesan menu sedikit lebih mahal dari itu dan lebih worthy.
