Reached finals of the South America RC and qualified for the Pro Tour and the World Championship! Super happy to be back (even if it's only for a few months)! UW Silence performed better than expected; I didn't lose a single match this weekend until the finals 🤫🔓

I want to thank everyone who always wishes me the best or who said lovely things to me this weekend; anyone close to me understands what this means to me. Also thanks to @levunga @FacundoConde10 and @bigatti_mtg for all the UW Testing, you are all great players and friends 🥰

So happy to see the first Magic Spotlight of 2027 announced! ❤️ Before the full calendar is revealed, please don’t forget South America again. We love this game just as much as the rest of the world, and we’ve waited TWO YEARS for a Spotlight here! Please include us in 2027!

Top4 Standard Challenge with Reanimator! Want to play new cards and Cryomancer is nuts in this deck. I don't know if the build is correct, i just added random cards I like to test them.

Split Modern Challenge Finals with Esper Blink! There's been a increase of UB Mid and Devoted decks lately, and Esper is great against both, although the version with Psychic Frog might be better. This one has a lot of bad opening hands.

Top4 Challenge with Affinity! I've been doing well with this deck lately, maybe I'll write a free guide in the next few days...

Modern Challenge Split with Affinity! I have been working on this deck the last few days, Modern is pretty brainless at the moment but affy feels strong and with good mu in the field.

Modern Challenge with Affinity! 7-0 into losing in Top8 against an opponent with Demonic Tutor as companion always feels bad, but the list felt very solid. Didn't miss Aether Spellbomb, liked the 20 zero drops, and low number of Thoughtcast was better than Krang.

Top4 Standard Challenge with Elementals. Deck is ok, but playing 1 spell each turn is kind of boring 🥱🥱🥱

Split Finals of the Modern Challenge with Tron! MTGO Events are full of Boros Energy and Jeskai Blink so it's a great metacall

It's incredible to me that they keep banned trash cards like Hypergenesis that wouldn't even see play just because "it doesn't contribute anything to the gameplay" but these brainless decks like Oops and Neobrand are everywhere. Get players to play MTG, not rock paper scissors.

a really frustrating part of the BnR official twitch stream was when they said they keep oops legal in legacy because its the cheapest deck. People show up to vintage tournaments with unpowered decks but you dont cater the format around them. Or make the other decks cheaper

9 cards are too few for so many years of Magic, I tried to choose one from each deck I've played a lot but I'm sure I'll forget some important ones 😅

Modern Challenge Finals Split with Colorless Tron! I expected to run into Boros Energy and Storm a lot, so maximize the hate (2 All is Dust, 2 Trinisphere and 3 Chalice) and it works.

Bad weekend at the RC as usual. 6-2 in the main event with RG Landfall (I was 5-1 and lost what could have been a match for a PT invite). Today lost in Top 4 in the Limited Qualifier (2 invites for the Limited PT). 4c Sealed, BG Draft.
