1. ANY Green Party member can submit motions for their conference 2. A quick Google shows the Scottish Greens have proposed this and it INCLUDES a 3 - 6yr old Kindergarten stage 3. Most countries have similar setup with kids turning 6 in their first year ( + they outperform us)

I'm hyped for a new Avatar series but oh my god why are Paramount dropping all 26(!) episodes - consisting of 2 books/seasons - at once?! A new series of a well-loved & critically acclaimed IP, that currently has a major live-action adaptation on Netflix, and they just dump it.
