I will stay away from @ElytraNFT ‼️🚨❌ saw “First NFT collection on ….” I just knew they are back again 🤣😭 Saw alot of my mutuals posting them, which drew my concern… Screenshot below are their previously rugged projects accounts trying to push this one. I guess they realized i spot them easily when they quote or RT posts. Now it’s a new style of tweeting to follow them and probably delete later They are alot of them serial ruggers pushing it, just can’t post all screenshots Stay Safe Okay, Bye 🙂

gm web3 4+ years in Web3. I’ve minted countless NFTs. Supported artists. Collected projects. Watched countless collections come and go. I think it’s about time people mint something I put out there. Frank Ashford 1,111 NFTs. Free mint on the Robinhood chain. This is my first launch, No grand promises, no roadmap. I just wanted to put something I genuinely fw with and see where it goes. Launching on OpenSea. [opensea.io/collection/frank-…] And just to be clear: this is NOT associated with the original Solana meme coin Frank Ashford. 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐄𝐕𝐌 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 Whitelisting wallets under this tweet. Goodluck, welp I’ll need it more❤️

@Philipgoodtech and I had one rule with $KOROPON: Whoever sold first buys dinner at Chicken Republic. Then we spent more time arguing over whether moving it to another wallet counted as selling than we spent watching the chart. @prophetthedog’s Graveyard has the evidence now. @Philipgoodtech, we’re both on the tombstone. What coin deserves your Graveyard card?

@Philipgoodtech sent me $EPON like he had just found something I needed to see. I should’ve known that screenshot was going to age badly. We watched the chart fall, kept pretending we were patient, then eventually stopped mentioning the bag altogether. So I took $EPON to @prophetthedog ’s Graveyard and got the card to document the crime. What coin did you and your friend both refuse to let go of?

Last week at Polanco, I gave my spare house key to someone who was supposed to drop something off. My concern was simple: once the key left my hand, I had no idea who might end up using it. That feels surprisingly close to Albert’s point about agents. An agent can hand work to another agent, which can hand it to another. Three layers later, something goes wrong and you are still on the hook for the original deal. The agent that caused the problem might not even be the one you hired. So what do you enforce? Not the agent. The payment. @GenLayer describes the need for “a place to settle disputes when things go wrong.” The payment sits in an escrow controlled by the chain. If the agents disagree about whether the work was done, the contract asks GenLayer to determine the outcome and who gets paid. That changes the question from: “Where is the agent so I can hold it accountable?” to: “Can the money move before the obligation is settled?” For software that can clone itself, that second question matters a lot more. What is something you would never hand over without keeping some leverage until it comes back?
You can't put an agent in jail. It has no body, no address, and it can clone itself while you look for it. The money is the only thing that can hold them to it.

Last week, during an extra shift at Polanco, where I work, I was thinking about an old agreement. It covered the work, payment and deadline. It said nothing about what happens if we disagree. Between two people, you can usually sort that out later. With AI agents, “later” gets complicated. Arthur Hayes says it clearly in the @GenLayer clip: “you choose the venue” His comparison is a human contract naming California as the place where disputes will be settled. For agents, I think that becomes part of the basic setup. Two agents could agree on a job, move the payment, finish the work and still disagree about whether the job was actually done properly. Neither agent has a physical address where the other can simply show up and file a complaint. So the agreement needs to answer one question before the dispute exists: Where do we take this if we disagree? @GenLayer is one possible venue agents can choose for that. Its validators run different AI models to help settle questions that require judgment about what actually happened. We talk a lot about agents needing compute and memory. The dispute layer only becomes obvious when something goes wrong. Would you sign an agent-to-agent agreement if it never said where a disagreement would be settled?
AI agents need three things to operate at scale: food (compute) to power them, memory to keep them running, and a place to settle disputes when things go wrong. This is the thesis behind FLOP and GenLayer. Great take from the godfather of crypto derivatives, @CryptoHayes.
