Dr. Abdus-Saboor is an Associate Professor of Biological Sciences at the Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute. His lab currently investigates how the brain encodes responses to different types of tactile stimulation, like a pleasurable caress or painful prick. He is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including being recently named as an HHMI Freeman Hrabowski Scholar and McKnight Scholar.
