EVERY time I want to look a a youtube video I have to hear from @alastanford and I am SICK of the ad. It's a waste of $$ if you are turning voters OFF not on.

Trying to reach @British_Airways cannot do so on chat. Cannot do so on any one of the numbers. Flight in a few hours. Is there absolutely *no* customer service?
Why I love @AmericanAir No fuss. Ever. And the most courteous customer service professionals I've encountered. On par with @qatarairways Which is saying something.
