Here he is! This is Faraj Elmagar (48), an Egyptian national, arrested in Johannesburg earlier this week on charges of kidnapping. He was arrested shortly after a victim, Hamza Khan, was freed by police. Elmagar owns “coffee lounges.” More arrests are expected.
