Some users in Malaysia may be unable to access @RoyaleAPI because some internet service providers in MY are blocking our site with their DNS servers. You can solve this issue by changing your DNS server to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google). help.royaleapi.com/en/issues…
Ongoing issue: We have trouble getting battle logs for some of the players and are working with Supercell to resolve this.
Some new + upcoming features may have introduced unintended errors in player profiles in the last 24 hours. If you see them, let us know!
We’ve added the two new birthday emojis to the site during a rolling maintenance about 5 minutes ago.
Completed rolling maintenance:
- Add battle icons for all the arena challenges
- Bug fix for Deck Builder: rename and delete not working properly for older deck list
We have fixed an issue affecting some clans who have Clan History enabled. Also, if you’re unable to enable Clan History, please use this new phrase to enable clan history tracking xitter.cf/RoyaleAPI/status/14534…
There has been a few sporadic timeouts since the update — we’ve let Supercell know already and hopefully it will go away soon. (This is not something we can fix on our end)
This issue is still ongoing and SC is working on it. Unfortunately, this means anything that depends on real-time data will not work properly.
There is nothing wrong with our servers nor networks, so it’s not something that we can fix on our side.

The Grand Challenge Winners feed has not been updating properly since the update — a fix has already been deployed and you should see it now.
We’re running another round of rolling deploy because someone found a bug by making up decks with champions. We’re actually thankful that you did that because now our site will run smoothly when Champion decks are finally live. 🥰

We’re running several rolling maintenance right now to prepare the site for Level 14 and Champions. There shouldn’t be any visible downtime unless you’re one of those people who click around every second. The maintenance will be done in 5 minutes.
