For my former micro preemie with chronic lung disease, this presents us with the “choice” of keeping her home from school or putting her life on the line. And don’t you dare say “Covid is over” because I just lost one of my oldest friends to Covid last month!
Replying to @EfendiMichelle
Because of a brave student, their family & the citizens who stood up with her, the FORCED MASKING at @BostonSchools will end on June 13th! #bospoli

My daughter’s school was closed yesterday because it was too cold and their “ventilation system” is open windows. Your policy of banning remote learning is preventing schools from engaging students! So much for for flexible thinking @MassGovernor!
Today, our administration announced an order of 26 million rapid antigen #COVID19MA tests to be supplied to the Commonwealth on a rolling basis over the next three months. Rapid tests are convenient, efficient and accurate. Learn more: bit.ly/3fbjQWb

Feeling inspired by Henry Redhead, grandson of Summerhill School's founder A.S. Neill @edualternatives #AEROconference, sharing about 100yearsofsummerhill.co.uk/. Democratic Education works!
Thank you @RicardoNArroyo for your leadership on this! ArxUrban has a great vision for this site that will provide huge benefits for the community, including affordable housing, an expanded Rozzie Square Theatre, and (I’m hoping) a community-oriented indie bookstore.

When your City Councilor deeply understands & acknowledges that a neighborhood project has MULTIPLE points of positive, exponential impact + that it would lift up a Woman-owned, Minority-owned business, helping to build a neighborhood for generations forward. 🎉
