Waited 4 months for @AbriHomes to fix the communal door lock. It's finally been repaired today
The only problem? None of the residents fobs/entry codes work, so we're locked out unless someone inside lets us in

Its okay thought Jeanette has acknowledged my complaint in legitimate and is putting together a report. What a waste of time and resource. Just send a maintenance team out to fix the door...its what I pay a maintenance fee for
