Been with me either in person or on message both through highs and lows.... Little did I know that 6 years ago, when I hobbled into that gym, that I would meet some of the greatest people on earth....that I would make friends with some of the worlds greats – at Liverpool, England

.....as the sessions went by I started to join in with the circuits and became stronger and more confident that I can stand my ground and fight for what I believe in. I raised over £3000 for charity doing challenges I never thought was possible.... – at Liverpool, England

....but as the sessions went by I gained more confident and made friends with the ones who came and spoke to me. Boxers, trainers, managers, footballers and coaches helped build me up from a broken girl who had no emotion. They taught me what I can do.....
