For me its Elementary Evil, it just feels well designed and fun on both monsters and survivors, it may need minor fixes for stuff like bugs but other than that, it just feels, great and and if i could i'd design other maps to be much similar to Elementary Evil.

Even if you target a single survivor, it is still easy to lose them during chase, IF a team is good, they will work together, blind you as the killer and you can easily lose a survivor on SOME maps.
Another thing is that it's still hard to kill a person while you are targetting.
