The excess should normally be kept for rainy days but currently they just share and squander while the citizens grapple with expensive pump price , why not even use the excess to lower pump price.

Never make the mistake of thinking that the people you look up to or the people that are doing better than you in life "have it all figured out."
No one has it all figured out in life.
Every single day everyone is constantly figuring shit out as they go.
Problems are endless and so are the solutions to find for those problems.
Whether it be in business, fitness, diet, relationships, family situations etc.
Each day will create a new problem.
Each project will create a new problem.
Each circumstance will create a new problem.
The key is in how quickly you are able to figure shit out and find solutions to your problems.
That way you will always be able to stay ahead in your mission.
If you are able to find a solution for problem 1 within 2 minutes to then move on to problem 2.
You are going to be ahead of the individual that takes 10 minutes to find a solution for their problem 1.
That is the difference between the people you think "have it all figured out" and you.
They simply are just better and quicker in their problem solving than you.
The funny part is that most people in the world don't even try to solve their problems.
They just procrastinate and put it off for the next day constantly while the problem itself grows and grows over that time period.
Get better and quicker at problem solving and figuring shit out and your life will be of the person that "has it all together" or "has it all figured out."
