Real estate brands often look the same.
For Northvale, I created a distinctive N/V monogram and paired it with an unconventional color system, to communicate growth, trust, identity and premium value without following industry clichés.
Full project soon

People create professional designs with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other powerful design tools.
But when you mention @canva , some people immediately think of basic designs.
Here's the thing: Canva is not the problem. Not knowing how to use it to its full potential is.
You can create some INSANE, professional-looking designs with Canva.
And the secret isn't just about how you arrange your elements, choose your fonts, or combine your colours.
It's also about knowing which apps to use, which features to explore, and how to combine them to get results you probably didn't think were possible.
Some of Canva's most powerful features are hiding in plain sight. You just need to know where to look🔥
And if you know me, you know Canva is one of my primary design tools. The designs i share and I'm sharing here? Yes, I created them with Canva.
Take a good look at them. Study the details. Look at the composition, the effects, the depth, and the overall execution.
Now imagine what YOU could create if you knew how to use Canva beyond the basics.
That's exactly why I'm growing my YouTube channel.
I'm sharing practical Canva tutorials, underrated apps, hidden features, and techniques that can take your designs from 50% to 500%.
Whether you're already a designer or just starting your journey, there's something here for you.
Stop underestimating Canva. Start exploring its possibilities.

The Design industry currently looks like a mess.
So many questions.
So much confusion.
What's the point of being a designer in 2026?
Are there any hopes for designers in the current AI era & beyond?
On Friday, September 11, I'll be hosting an open debate on X Spaces where we will discuss it all, so we have a clearer focus, and take more informed and likely correct decisions.
Kindly set a reminder for the upcoming Space with the link below:

The beginning of greater things
I got an offer for a project and knew I’d need extra hands, people I could think and create with.
I tweeted, “I need 2 guys to join me,” and boom! About 50 comments. and i selected 2 after my background check.
Yesterday and today, we worked together and completed our moodboard task.
Bro, there is POWER in collaborating with like-minded people. 🔥
You are narrating my current trajectory. It has been a tough ride of learning and growth.
I will get here soon, Amen
I went from charging ₦1,000–₦2,000 for a logo to charging $1,000–$2,000+ for a brand design project.
But it took years.
I started with logos at ₦1k–₦2k and flyers at ₦5k. Did that for about 2 years.
Then I got an onsite graphic design job for ₦60k/month. I ended up getting paid ₦24k/month and only stayed for 2 months.
During that period, I started taking brand design seriously, learning more and posting my work on X.
Then I became a Creative Director for a film house in South Africa , ₦50k/month.
I volunteered for a female empowerment organization too.
Then a founder in the UAE reached out.
Brand designer. 9–5. ₦200k/month.
That was a turning point for me.
Because somewhere around there, I started realizing: I can actually do this.
My confidence grew. I started billing clients $1,000 per project.
Then $2,000.
I got an offer through Contra from a founder in the US, ₦1.9M/month.
And from there, I became even more intentional about freelancing, improving my skills, positioning myself better and going after bigger opportunities.
Looking back, it’s crazy.
From ₦1,000 logos to $2,000+ projects.
But the part people don't see is that it took roughly 10 years of learning, experimenting, getting underpaid, taking opportunities, putting myself out there and constantly wanting more.
And honestly?
I'm still hungry.
I'm nowhere near where I want to be.
My experience today is nothing short of learning patience and humility.
You know a real Nigerian, whe you are at their mercies.
Some projects I worked on I believe people are sleeping on.
