@gmsuae Gulf Marine #GMS I rarely tweet stock picks. But this is worth a mention. Strong recovery potential. PE of c 2.5 (FY Dec 21); eps growth + 30% for FYDec 22; high utilisation and improving day rates. $1k /day uplift to av. day rates = $4m EBITDA extra drop through.

Target price for end 2021 - 8 pence; target price end 2022 - 15 pence vs 4 pence today (assuming no further equity and they refinance/trade through). Watched this stock for 5 years and bought heavily 3 to 3.5 pence. High conviction (but high risk !)

Get your apology right. MASSIVE inconvenience to almost all of your customer base a little more than "any inconvenience". Total screw up. Lack of contingency planning.

#SQZ - Highly dubious deal with Tailwind, giving Mercuria effective control with c 30% stake. Pay in own cheap SQZ shares for Tailwind. SQZ valued at $8 per 2P boe (enterprise value basis) vs Tailwind priced > $18 / 2P boe. Value destruction.

The pattern suggests Ukraine is now using long range, likely propeller driven, 'drone class' cruise missiles for offensive counter-air against Tu-95 Russian strategic bombers. Cruise missiles that didn't exist at the beginning of the Russo-Ukrainian War.🤯🤯🤯 4/

#ECK - Eckoh - if you want to be economical with the truth, then why should I spend time analysing the investment merits. Total ARR £27.9m vs EV £106m = 3.8x, probably over 4x given inflated ARR. Expensive when only N America is growing, 50% of business has no ARR growth. 2/2

#ECK - eckoh - lovely interim results, excellent at obfuscation - N Am ARR growth 16% organic in 6m, the headline trumpeted 71% (mostly from Syntec acquisition). UK ARR is flat/down on last 6m. Also ARR is not a pure metric but includes "an element that is repeatable" 1/2
