Bro, that's literally what the critique "safe horny" is about. There's a socially acceptable standard of horny where female characters aren't allowed to be too feminine and attractive to the average straight male. People will call you "porn brained" for liking female characters from anime games, but won't say shit about characters drawn in terrible art styles that are equally sexualized. It's performative neuter signaling.
