RC launched the 1st site for Community Independence Initiative in #Malawi, engaging 50 families in Zomba district. They'll track successes & challenges, uplift each other, & replicate positive stories. With capital investments, these families will achieve amazing things together!

We teamed up with @RedCrossYouthKE to explore networks' impact on youth workforce development. Over the next 6 months, we'll be diving deep into this topic and learning alongside youth from Kisumu, Kenya. @IREXintl #YouthExcel
