I don't want Digital ID, now or ever - and I certainly don't trust the state with that level of power over our lives. I made my objections abundantly clear in Parliament this afternoon to the senior civil servants responsible.

Adding folic acid to bread is a safe and effective way to reduce birth defects. So why are Rupert Lowe and his acolytes so angry about it? Vitamin B9 is totally benign, says Rob Lyons buff.ly/yoxup2A

You are spreading misinformation. Synthetic Folic Acid is not B9 and because it’s a synthetic compound humans struggle to metabolise it. It builds up in the body increasing cancer risks as well as reducing the bodies ability to metabolise natural folate which is needed by the body. Your article once again shows who controls you I recall you also stated incorrectly that the Covid gene therapies were ‘safe and effective’.

Did you know in 2014, Ukraine needed a loan? There were two offers on the table: 🔴 The IMF dangled $15 billion, but with strings attached: -Scrap the ban on private land ownership. -Slash pensions and fuel subsidies, classic austerity. 🔴 Russia also offered $15 billion. No strings, no neoliberal gutting of the economy. President Yanukovych picked the Russian deal. So what happened? Washington backed a coup, ousted him, and installed a new puppet regime. Then the new government bent the knee to the IMF. Signed off on austerity program and opened the door to privatization. Now, massive chunks of Ukrainian land, about a third, are in the hands of foreign giants like BlackRock.

Check this out: “As a former RNLI Crewman Volunteer of 15 years let me educate you of Maritime Law if I may. When these rubber boats set off from France overloaded, the French are breaking maritime law by not intercepting them and returning them to shore. When these illegal migrants boats have sailed almost 3/4 of the way to the UK and now in British waters, the RNLI and Border Force are sent out by the Coastguard on the instructions of HM Government to intercept them. They do this because if the rubber boats are allowed to land on uk soil under their own steam then everyone on board becomes an illegal immigrant and by law MUST be detained and deported asap. However when they are picked up at sea, even if only 200 yards offshore, and in no danger whatsoever, then the RNLI and Border pick them up and they are longer called illegals - conclusion The French and The British are doing this on purpose - WHY?”

NEXT AVAILABLE APOLOGY Imagine your boss says money is missing from your till. Your boss decides you stole it. Your boss then takes you to court. Guess who wins. That boss was the @PostOffice. It has 1 shareholder, the UK government. It ran its own prosecutions against subpostmasters, the people who run local Post Office branches. Here is how it worked. From 1999 the Post Office rolled out a computer accounting system called Horizon in its branches. Fujitsu @fujitsu_uk built it. When Horizon showed cash missing, the Post Office treated the computer as truth and the person behind the counter as the thief. Theft, fraud and false accounting charges followed. Hundreds of people were convicted. @ComputerWeekly reported on the problems from 2009. Journalists Karl Flinders @Karlfl and Nick Wallis @nickwallis kept reporting for years. The prosecutions kept coming. Julie Cleife was convicted in 2010 Vipinchandra Patel in 2011 Jasvinder Barang in 2012 In December 2019 a High Court judge, Mr Justice Peter Fraser, ruled that Horizon had bugs, errors and defects. In 2020 the Criminal Cases Review Commission @ccrcupdate, the body that investigates possible miscarriages of justice, sent 47 cases back to court and said the prosecutions amounted to an abuse of process. On 11 December 2020 at Southwark Crown Court, Judge Deborah Taylor quashed the convictions of 6 former subpostmasters. They became the first 6 people in the whole scandal to be officially cleared. Their cases went to Crown Court because magistrates courts handled the original trials. Meet them. - Kamran Ashraf, convicted in 2004 of theft and given 9 months in prison plus a £25,000 compensation order. - Christopher Trousdale, convicted in 2004 of false accounting. - Susan Rudkin, convicted in 2009 of theft. - Julie Cleife, convicted in 2010 of fraud. - Vipinchandra Patel, convicted in 2011 of fraud and false accounting. - Jasvinder Barang, convicted in 2012 of fraud. Vipinchandra Patel said he never told some of his family. His mother died without ever knowing. The Post Office did not fight the appeals. It apologised for what it called historical failings. Historical.. Jasvinder Barang was convicted in 2012. The apology arrived in 2020. Kamran Ashraf waited almost 17 years. At the time the Post Office was still reviewing hundreds of other prosecutions from 1999 to 2014. 6 names got cleared that day. The rest were still in the queue. Please take a ticket and wait for the next available apology. Sources @BBCNews @itvnews @ComputerWeekly @TheRegister @nickwallis

Jeremy Clarkson switched on an electric fence so his goats could get used to it, and a goat gets used to a fence the way it gets used to anything, by testing it until it gives. Lizzie, the goat farmer he bought them from, warned him they would be out, and she was right. A sheep accepts a fence. A cow leans on it and thinks. A goat regards it as a question somebody has asked, and answers. They had been bought for the half of Diddly Squat no tractor can touch, a bank of bramble and thorn that would take a man with a brushcutter all week. The goats went on it, and in Clarkson's own words one bramble bush was in real trouble inside five minutes. Nothing else on four legs can do this. A goat would rather eat a hedge than a lawn. The mouth is small and the lip is split, so it picks a leaf out from between two thorns the way you would pick out a splinter. It stands on its hind legs for the top of the hedge. It leans on a sapling until the crown comes down. It eats gorse, strips bark, chews through leaves that cattle and sheep spit out, and comes back in the morning for the regrowth. Oakland keeps a herd on its hillsides against the fires. Portugal pays shepherds to walk goats through its mountains before the summer burns. The firebreak that saved the Reagan Library in 2019 had been chewed that spring. Network Rail has put them on the cliffs at Folkestone. The oldest farm animal there is, 10,000 years in the job, is being rediscovered as green technology, and in all that time it has learned nothing about fences. The thicket goes in one end and comes out the other as kids and milk. Clarkson's land agent has never once told him a goat was a sound investment. The goats have never once asked him.

Imagine you are 83 years old. Enjoying lunch with your elderly husband in your lovely home in the pretty town of Thorntonhall, Lanarkshire. You go into your laundry room and see broken glass on the floor. Your husband checks the house and finds a 27 year old illegal migrant in the bedroom. This happened in July 2026. The intruder’s name was Chirag Solanki and he was on an expired student visa from India and had been “marked” as missing by the immigration office. Solanki was armed with a firearm along with a five-inch knife, cable ties, duct tape, a balaclava, ear plugs and mobile phones. He held the firearm to the woman’s head a knife to her throat. She was terrified. He demanded money. Meanwhile the husband managed to call 999. When Solanki realised this he fled but was soon tracked by the police and arrested. He has pleaded guilty to abduction, assault, breaking and entering and illegal possession of a weapon. He will be sentenced later. Nothing has been said about deporting him.

University debate. The motion: "There is no such thing as a safe tan." Dermatologist: "Ultraviolet light is a proven carcinogen. Every tan is damage. The only responsible advice is shade, clothing and factor 50, all year round." Anthropologist: "When did humans lose their fur?" Dermatologist: "I'm not sure that's relevant." Anthropologist: "At least 1.2 million years ago. In equatorial Africa. Naked, outdoors, all day, under the strongest sun on the planet. How did the species cope without a pharmacy?" Dermatologist: "Dark skin. Melanin." Anthropologist: "A built-in defence, then. And when people walked north into weak sunlight, what happened to it?" Dermatologist: "The skin got paler." Anthropologist: "Why?" Dermatologist: "...To let more ultraviolet in. For vitamin D." Anthropologist: "Most of that in the last 8,000 years. Evolution stripped the pigment out of an entire continent because the people who got more sun on their skin left more children. You've stood up tonight and called that a design fault." Dermatologist: "They didn't live long enough to get skin cancer." Anthropologist: "Who gets more melanoma today? The roofer or the accountant?" Dermatologist: "It's complicated." Anthropologist: "It's the accountant. The people outdoors all year get less of it than the people who see the sun for a fortnight in Spain. And melanoma in Britain has more than doubled since the early nineties, across the best-creamed decades in human history." Dermatologist: "That's better diagnosis." Anthropologist: "It's a remarkable defence of a product. The more we use, the more cancer we find, and the answer is a higher factor." Moderator: "We're out of time. Labour's anti British farming agenda is working. Why aren't they protecting our food security and rising up like Dutch farmers are?
Labour Accused of Undermining British Farming as Farmers Warn of Threats to Food Security Labour faces mounting criticism over its agricultural policies, particularly inheritance tax changes affecting family farms. Research highlighted by Daily Express columnist Duncan Barkes suggests growing anxiety among farmers about the industry's future, declining investment and Britain's ability to maintain domestic food production. Key Points and Criticisms of Labour Farmers Considering Quitting: Research commissioned by McCain involving 200 farmers found that 42% had considered leaving farming during the previous year, raising concerns about the industry's long-term survival. Uncertainty Over the Future: Another 40% questioned whether they would remain in farming over the next decade, suggesting widespread anxiety about the financial viability of agricultural businesses. Government Policy Blamed: Some 77% of surveyed farmers identified government policy as the greatest threat to British farming. Critics argue Labour's decisions are making an already demanding industry increasingly difficult to sustain. Family Farm Inheritance Tax: Labour's proposed 2024 policy applying 20% inheritance tax to qualifying agricultural estates exceeding £1 million provoked widespread opposition. Although ministers subsequently increased the proposed tax threshold, critics maintain that family farms remain exposed to financial pressures. Threat to Family Farm Succession: Opponents warn that inheritance tax liabilities could force farming families to sell land or assets when passing businesses between generations, potentially threatening farms maintained by the same families for decades. Investment Freeze: Research cited from the Country Land and Business Association indicated that nearly 90% of rural family businesses had suspended investment because of concerns surrounding the farm tax, potentially restricting rural economic growth. National Food Security: Critics warn that increasing financial pressure on British farmers could reduce domestic food production, leaving the country more dependent on imported supplies. Reliance on Food Imports: The article estimates that Britain imports almost half its food. The columnist argues that weakening domestic agriculture could increase vulnerability to international supply disruptions. Loss of Agricultural Land: Concerns were raised that struggling farms could cease producing food, with land instead converted to solar developments or other uses, further reducing domestic agricultural capacity. Labour's Understanding of Farming: The columnist argues that Labour politicians underestimate the demanding nature of agriculture, which often requires continuous work, unpredictable hours and substantial financial commitments. Perception of Farmers as Wealthy: Labour is accused of treating farmers as wealthy landowners without sufficiently recognising that agricultural businesses can possess valuable land while generating limited disposable income. Rural Communities Feeling Ignored: The article claims that farmers increasingly believe Labour neither understands their circumstances nor adequately listens to their concerns about taxation, costs and long-term security. Farming Minister Under Pressure: Farming Minister Stephen Morgan is urged to respond to farmers' concerns and work with the National Farmers' Union, Countryside Alliance and other organisations to restore confidence. Campaign Against the Farm Tax: The Daily Express has campaigned against the inheritance tax proposals, while Jeremy Clarkson and Conservative politician Victoria Atkins have publicly opposed the policy. Labour MP Challenges His Party: Labour MP Markus Campbell-Savours opposed the farm tax and was reportedly suspended from the parliamentary Labour Party after defying its position. The columnist presents his stance as evidence that criticism extends beyond opposition parties. Criticism of Labour's Rural Outlook: The article condemns comments by Labour minister Jenny Riddell-Carpenter linking an idealised image of British country pubs with far-right nostalgia, arguing that such rhetoric demonstrates a misunderstanding of rural culture. Prime Minister's Rural Priorities Questioned: The columnist criticises Keir Starmer for failing to mention rural England during his Labour Party conference speech, interpreting the omission as evidence that countryside concerns receive insufficient attention. Conservative Opposition: Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch pledged to abolish the Family Farm Tax if her party returned to government, positioning the Conservatives against Labour's agricultural inheritance tax policy. Mental Health Concerns: The article highlights the severe psychological pressures facing some farmers and refers to claims that the controversy surrounding Labour's tax policy has contributed to suicides. It does not provide independently verified evidence establishing that causal connection. Wider Political Consequences: The columnist concludes that Labour risks losing further support across rural Britain unless it addresses agricultural taxation, business confidence, food security and farmers' concerns about their future. Why does butter sit in a dish on the table and sunflower oil come in a bottle that says keep away from light? Why does the oil label say store in a cool dark place when the lard never had a label at all? Why do crisp packets arrive puffed up with nitrogen? Why do fish oil capsules come with vitamin E stirred in? Why does the sunflower seed pack its own vitamin E around its oil, and why does the refinery strip it out? Why does a chip shop have to change its oil and a dripping fryer only had to top it up? Why does olive oil go cloudy in the fridge and seed oil stay clear? Why does the oil bottle go tacky on the outside after a month in the cupboard? Why does old oil smell of fish, paint and cardboard, when none of those went in? Why does the industry call its own product unstable in every technical paper and heart healthy on every bottle? Every one of those has the same answer, and it is the answer to which fat belongs inside a body kept at 37 degrees for the rest of your life. The fat that needs protecting from the air is the one you were told to build yourself out of.
