Tesla Model Y in serious head on collision with dump truck yesterday in Hamilton Ontario🇨🇦—all survived!
Tesla occupants transported to local hospitals:
-43 y/o female driver with non life threatening injuries
-12 y/o male with serious injuries, stable condition
3 other children (10, 6, 4) to hospital for assessment, minor injuries, stable condition.

Granting approval for TAD/FSD will not remove the driver’s responsibility. We fully agree that any event occurring while TAD/FSD is active remains entirely the driver’s responsibility. This is what Slovakia 🇸🇰 considered..
