🟡🟢 | THE WHISTLE GOES AT THE APEC
AND ITS VICTORY FOR THE LINNETS
A outstanding performance from the home side after being down to ten men for over an hour, goals from Rushton, Roberts and Buckley gave Linnets all 3 points
A proper captains performance from Jacques Welsh gets him this evening's man of the match award but tonight we witnessed 15 MEN on that pitch
RLFC 3-2 HTFC

Must be a lonely place at times that dugout that’s for sure still pressure at this lowly level especially when expectation is off the scale ⚽️
Big fight on now to secure position and overall safety that’s the main thing
This lad has fight that’s why he’s been respected here for so long

Thank you for the ride Ello 🌽

Heal the @RuncornLinnets community, make it a better place, for you and for me and the entire human race. Pretty sure MJ sang that 🤔. Seriously I’m going to have to call up the UN or Bob Geldof if this carries on ☮️
Always on hand to drive you home after a few proseccos and beer! 🚕

💛💚 | RIP WILDY
Runcorn Linnets are shocked and saddened to have received news of the death of our former manager Dave Wild.
Dave was appointed as our seventh boss in summer 2022 and took charge of 47 games with a record of W27 D7 L13. His last match as boss was in March 2023.
Prior to arriving at Linnets. Dave had managed at Mossley and he subsequently had a spell at Ossett United
Our sympathy and condolences go to Dave's family and friends at this distressing time.

Yes I’ve been MIA. I had 3 Johnny Depp mega pints of white wine at Wembley watching wrestling and wondered if this corn would ever make it home and recover 😂🌽. It’s not just @RuncornLinnets players resting this weekend from injuries it’s me too 😅
