The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has decided to award the 2024 #NobelPrize in Chemistry with one half to David Baker “for computational protein design” and the other half jointly to Demis Hassabis and John M. Jumper “for protein structure prediction.”
For all my friends outside Sweden who might not know, Gifflar is a Swedish cinnamon roll. They helped and motivated me a lot when implementing my GIFFLAR model. And writing the manuscript 😅
I'm currently preparing a @workshopmlsb submission. So, I can totally relate 😂
