Awesome #ScratchConference today. Great to meet so many enthusiasts, educators and members of @scratch. Same again tomorrow?

I quite like the idea of some 6502 challenges. 40 years on and it's still fresh in my mind. Would be like getting some logic puzzles on steroids!

Porting @ScummVM's Made engine over to @Scratch seemed like a fun idea! A new generation of kids can now enjoy playing The Manhole via the wonders of Scratch scratch.mit.edu/projects/538… (and their parents can check out the Masterpiece edition on Steam)

But the plan is never to reinvent the wheel. It's always to make a better, rounder, faster, shinier one!

Ha, true! I could almost taste the irony of emulating the computer I learned to program with in the language that kids now use to learn to program 😁

They're in there - largely because they're used in 'illegal' ways for some software protections!
