He smiled, and asked, "Always and forever?"

"From this point onward......" he said softly, "Your safety is my mission."

"Happy Easter by the way!"

"I smile, because I have someone who means everything to me. I would do anything to ensure her safety."

He smiled and said, "I'm not going to. My main priority at the moment is to be here, with you, and to never leave your side."

"We are both heroes, I saved you from Hydra, and you saved me from myself...." he said, with a small trace of his English accent.

He smiled, and said, "You came at the right time, I needed a hero."

His smile widened, "I could ask you the same question...." he said, his heartbeat lightly thumping against his chest.

"I'm not going anywhere, I'll always be by your side. You have my word, Gabbi."

Feeling her heartbeat increase, he laid her down on the bed, and cuddled up to her, "I'm so happy that you're safe..."

He smiled, and opened the door for them, "Yes, it really would..."

He carried her to the cabin, and said, "It feels as if we are married, you know? Me carrying you and all..."

Several hours passed and he nudged her, followed by a light kiss on her cheek. "We're here." He said as the jet made a touchdown.

He held her in his arms, and cradled her as she snuggled into him.

Nathaniel gave the vocal command to the onboard AI to take them to the safe house, and the quinjet took off.

After a few short minutes, a SHIELD escort team lead them to Nathaniel's quinjet. Nathaniel helped her on board, and secured her.

The nurse then turned to Gabbi, and said, "Transport will be here shortly."
