Jazakum Allahu khayran to everyone for the kind comments and support after the latest Piers Morgan episode. I appreciate the criticism too.
I understand the point many have made about being calmer and more measured in debates. Given my disposition, I find that difficult at times, particularly when the person opposite is rowdy, provocative or unserious.
It is something I need to work on, insha’Allah, and I’m confident that with time and effort I can improve in this area.

I’ve repeatedly called for sanctions on Israel over its war crimes and ethnic cleansing, including by providing evidence to the International Criminal Court.
The decision by the Israeli government to sanction me today will not intimidate me into silence. I will continue to do what is right, speak out in defence of international law and stand up for justice for the Palestinian people.

🇬🇧 London’s Notting Hill Carnival saw 169 arrests by Sunday evening, including 29 made through live facial recognition.
Police also reported 2 non-life-threatening knife slashings and identified 26 registered sex offenders at the event, arresting 3 for breaching conditions.
The new footage shows packed J’ouvert crowds during the carnival’s paint-and-powder celebrations.

Where is the sanction energy for Israel?
Honestly, I'm sick of the hypocrisy.
When it's Russia or Iran, Western governments suddenly discover the full vocabulary of sanctions, isolation, economic warfare and collective punishment.
When it's Israel, we get "deep concern", carefully worded statements and excuses.
You cannot preach international law to the world while making exceptions for your allies.
At this point, the double standard is Western policy.
