Guardians Of The Galaxy 3! Dashed good fun! I may even go see it again. A nice change after some of the less than subtle clonks on the head of other Disney stuff. But that F bomb? Like they say, no one's laughing, no one's impressed, no one thinks you're big #movienight

mini #MovieReview : Missing. Pretty good, if you overlook 2 highly convenient things that, to quote Ryan George, are "so the movie can happen". Pretty tense once you get past disliking the protagonist's bratty behaviour. Cigarette count: zero.

Phobia means "fear", not "hatred".

And...they're all connected. One of these is the propaganda arm, and another is the enforcers/henchmen firm.

John Lennon.

Every time someone lights a cigarette. Because it takes me out of the movie and tells me that brainwashing is now in progress.

#Minimoviereview: Polite Society. Ignore the plothole, and you have a fun, chaotic romp. Made me laugh a few times. Expect to meme the heck out of this film

give it a spin...but not too fast or it will [song_title1]

Film review: Evil Dead Rise. Not zombies, so much as multiple demonic possessions. Not bad overall, and they've solved the Dalek/stairs Zombie/shuffle problem. Not for the squeamish. Would I watch it again? Not sure.

Great poetry and artwork!

Do your rock music-loving self a favour, and go give this a listen (especially tracks 4 and 5!): desertsofmars.bandcamp.com/m… Worth checking out if only for the artwork, but the music doesn't disappoint either

Quickie movie review: How To Blow Up A Pipeline: A fairly good movie, but with a twist: the heroes act to protest against a bad environment on humanity, yet smoke cigarette after cigarette. And need cars for their alibis. This could of course be feint-within-a-feint irony?

#tongueincheekreply, @Sheena_655321, I bet yours are Christine and... The Sheena-ing? 😀

movie thumbs up for 65...Not at all bad! 90 minutes well spent, and some darn good non-cliche action. Watch out for the dinosaurus ex machina!🦖🦖🦖🦖🦖

Rye Lane: a wry comedy. Had me laughing out loud a few times. Some interesting camera angles, too... reminiscent of Adam West Batman. Go see!
