meanwhile this is the gauntlet of failed ideas from 2015 we had to not get sucked into.
sure Bitcoin and Ethereum were super early, but you still felt late just like you do now. So you did the same thing we do today: Go to lower marketcap coins and try to find value.
so you buy DASH, the first Proof-of-Stake coin. Cleaner and less harmful for the environment than Bitcoin (and ETH which was also proof-of-work like BTC at the time). Nope. Dead in 2 years. Oh how about Bitshares, the first DELEGATED-Proof-of-Stake coin. I mean, nearly every blockchain still uses this tech today. NOPE! actually Ethereum is just gonna take that idea and use it so....dead in 2 years. No no how about FACTOM, new tech that's going to change how governments and corps store data FOREVER. nope, down forever coin.
so looking back, there actually was no value. and I think there still isn't.

I appreciate Judge Amon's careful ruling which has dismissed all of the SEC's claims against me. This type of victory over the SEC is quite rare. My whole life I've been preparing for the future. Anticipating it. Creating it. I've never been safer and I'm excited for the future.
The Honorable Justice in SEC v me should have her ruling out soon. Donald Trump will be in office soon. PulseX, PulseChain, HEX, INC are all functioning wonderfully. This makes some entities mad, but there's literally nothing they can do about it except be mad. It feels great to be wanted.
Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.
