NEW: Top-three Swift service provider, Bottomline, has entered a strategic partnership with Chainlink to unlock cross-chain, cross-border payments for its 600+ bank customers.
Bottomline moves more than $16 trillion in payments annually across its platforms.
Through the partnership, Chainlink is providing the secure interop and orchestration layer connecting Bottomline’s existing payment infrastructure to public and private blockchains.
TradFi is moving onchain at a rapidly accelerating pace, and CCIP is enabling tokenized value to move securely across chains, with the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) coordinating payment workflows end-to-end.
The result is that Bottomline’s banks can continue using familiar ISO 20022 messaging to access onchain payment rails through a single, network-agnostic connection.

Chainlink is buying $LINK with actual revenue every week.. 👀
Chainlink Reserve now holds:
- 5.67M LINK
- worth $67.2M
- average cost of $11.14
- another 91,989 LINK added yesterday
revenue from enterprise integrations and onchain usage gets converted into LINK and stored in the Reserve.

$LINK looks painfully undervalued to me..
it sits at an $8.8B market cap while Chainlink secures over 70% of DeFi and has enabled more than $28T in onchain transaction value..
Swift, Mastercard, Euroclear, JPMorgan and UBS are already using its infrastructure.
but the market still prices LINK like it’s only an old oracle token smh..
Chainlink is becoming the data and interoperability layer for stablecoins, RWAs and institutions moving onchain.
and now enterprise revenue and network fees can be converted into LINK and added to the Chainlink Reserve..
i think it stays ignored until it violently reprices and suddenly everyone calls it obvious.. it will be a that kind of a trade..

My interest in Chainlink pretty much comes down to this:
Tokenization of RWA is coming. I believe it’s going to be big. CEO of Blackrock Larry Fink says “We believe the next step going forward will be the tokenization of financial assets and that means every stock, every bond... will be on one general ledger.”. I assume that’s only just the beginning.
My high level understanding is that Chainlink spent years building the infrastructure that lets advanced smart contracts actually function for institutions as the orchestration layer for tokenization. And it seems like they have a sort of monopoly on this, or at least the groundwork for one.
“Today, Chainlink powers approximately 70% of the global DeFi market, including 80% of Ethereum DeFi and 90% of DeFi on leading layer-2 networks. Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions of dollars in transaction value, including trillions of dollars in deposits and borrows for lending platforms like Aave.”
It also seems to me like AI agents will need some sort of blockchain infrastructure like this to participate in the economy: xitter.cf/etherealize_io/status/…
When I think of crypto, I think of BS like Bitcoin, which IMO does nothing. NFTs, which are pump and dump BS, etc. Chainlink is a tech company that built sophisticated infrastructure. The only way you can own it is though the $LINK token. Because the crypto space has this stigma around it (rightfully so), I think Chainlink is likely overlooked by many.
Looks like there’s debate in the crypto world about how value will actually flow through to $LINK holders. I really don’t care. My belief is that if trillions of dollars of value start flowing through Chainlink infrastructure, value will flow through to Link. To use Chainlink services, you either need the link token or can pay Chainlink with fiat money or some other currency, in which Chainlink will then use that money to buy back $LINK. Pretty sure Sergey and other link employees own a lot of Link.. the incentive is there to drive value.
This will be a big shift in how finance operates and it looks to me like Chainlink will be at the center powering it.
So to summarize it, I see change coming and believe Chainlink is positioned well. I think that if the bull case plays out, the value of $LINK will be so high that even a small allocation could produce significant returns. It’s a little over 1% of my portfolio today. I’ll look to buy more over time and maybe bump it up a few %.
The asymmetry I see here helps me hedge for my ignorance. In the big picture, I understand nothing. I never thought I’d ever buy “crypto” but this just feels right to me. So I allocate a very small % and if I’m wrong, I don’t lose much. If I win, I win big. What does “win big” look like? Idk how to price this company. But I think $LINK would be worth much more than the $8B it’s priced at today.
I don’t plan on writing about this a whole lot from here on out. There’s a lot of heavy hitters who write about Chainlink and are infinitely more knowledgeable than I am… Look to them if you’re interested.
Just wanted to share my thoughts and be transparent about what I’m thinking. Will be fun to look back on in 5-10 years. Let’s see if my intuition is right.

$LINK It’s 2026 and we’re STILL calling Chainlink “an oracle play" KEK.
250K+ followers just read this and walked away thinking LINK needs a sexier narrative.. Infrastructure for global finance operations isn't enough.
This is worse than those Chud bro's on that podcast not understanding the massive scale at which Sergey was talking when he says "Quadrillions ".
Chainlink is positioning itself as infrastructure for tokenized assets, cross-chain settlement, institutional data, compliance, automation and value transfer..lol not just an oracle.
When trillions eventually move through these rails, that means fees and revenue flowing through Chainlink with $LINK token increasingly embedded in the economics and supply sinks.
The “narrative” isn’t oracles and hasn't been for years...
It is global financial infrastructure...pillars!
Imagine waiting for that to become “sexy” before paying attention. 😂
$LINK is holding up better than most coins right now and looks pretty stable. I think that this could be one of the better altcoins in the mid term but probably needs further catalysts. The problem is that oracles just aren't a very sexy narrative to invest in, even if link is 1 of the best fundamental projects in crypto.

Oracles will be some of the biggest winners when it comes to tokenized stocks, and @chainlink is uniquely positioned for it.
The more useful an asset becomes, the more infrastructure it requires. Each tokenized asset needs:
• pricing
• reserve/asset verification
• interoperability
• compliance
• settlement
• lifecycle data
• connectivity with existing systems
A tokenized fund sitting inside one platform is relatively simple. The same fund being used as collateral across lending markets, transferred between chains, settled against digital cash, and serviced throughout its lifecycle is substantially more complex.
This is why I'm increasingly interested in Chainlink's exposure to tokenization, and you should be too.
The opportunity isn't limited to issuing more tokenized assets. It's providing the necessary infrastructure for these asset to become useful and productive. And that will soon be the norm.

$LINK is one of the few assets that's being underestimated by a long shot.
This article perfectly outlines why @Chainlink is needed and why it's necessary for the entire onchain industry.
It makes me even more bullish on $LINK.

WSX Breaking: Institutional interest in $LINK appears to be accelerating, with spot @Chainlink ETFs now recording six consecutive days of net inflows.
The funds attracted a combined $13.35M over the past week, marking their strongest weekly inflow since the first month following launch. The momentum is drawing fresh attention to Chainlink among institutional investors.
If the trend continues, ETF flows could become an increasingly important catalyst for $LINK.

From the ETH ecosystem names i posted earlier, $LINK is the one i’m looking at closer now..
My thesis is pretty simple:
if tokenization becomes the next major rotation, everything moving onchain will need prices, reserve data, compliance and a way to move across chains.
Chainlink already does all of that.
the usage is there too..
- $39B oracle TVS, $4.9B CCIP volume last quarter, DTCC using Chainlink for its Collateral AppChain.
and now fees paid in fiat or other assets can be converted into LINK and added to the Reserve..
5M+ LINK accumulated. 42M+ staked.
no burn and no fees paid directly to holders though.. so the token capture still needs to prove itself.
LINK already pumped 30% this week, which is a good sign it has a momentum..
and plus CLARITY coming to a vote in September and DTCC going live in October,
$LINK is probably the cleanest tokenization bet i see within the ETH ecosystem rn.
what y’all think?
ETH is finally outperforming SOL on this move..
so yeah, i’m reopening my Ethereum ecosystem watchlist..
here’s what i’m actually watching:
1) ETH itself
$2,250 is the line for me.
lose it and this was probably another squeeze.
get acceptance above $2,500 and i’ll start moving further down the ETH beta curve.
2) ETF flows
Aug 20 printed roughly +$220M.
now i want the next 5 sessions.
one good day can be chasing.. a full week of inflows tells me there’s an actual bid.
3) $ENA / $LINK / $AAVE
$ENA
$LINK
$AAVE
they’re already leading ETH, so these are first on my pullback list.
ENA for synthetic-dollar beta.
LINK for the oracle + RWA trade.
AAVE because V4 is live and lending should benefit if capital returns onchain.
with AAVE, i’m also watching weETH and wstETH against ETH.
if these staked-ETH wrappers start trading 8–9% below ETH, leveraged positions can unwind very quickly.
4) Robinhood Chain
i’m watching activity here.. not inventing a token.
gas subsidies end Sep 29.
if trading and mints remain active after that, Robinhood may have brought real users onchain.
if activity disappears with free gas.. we know what it was.
5) $LIT
Lighter is already near $1B in TVS
one of the few newer Ethereum L2s where the token has size and the product has actual usage.
6) the institutional bid
BitMine owns roughly 4.8% of the ETH supply and is still buying toward 5%.
ETHB has also taken in around $607M since launch.
i’ll be watching ETHB against ETHA now.
if institutions start choosing staking yield over plain spot exposure, that’s a much bigger signal than another roadmap announcement.
7) tokenization
$ONDO only becomes a serious watch if BUIDL and USDS keep growing with it.
otherwise it’s just the ticker catching the narrative.
WHAT IM NOT WATCHING:
- OP / ARB / STRK / ZK just because ETH moved
- restaking until the TVL actually stabilizes
- Glamsterdam as a September catalyst
without a confirmed mainnet date
- Fusaka as “upcoming” when it already shipped
- Base creator coins
for now i need 3 things:
ETH above $2,500.
another week of ETF inflows.
Robinhood activity surviving the end of gas subsidies.
if those confirm, then i’ll start digging much deeper into the Ethereum ecosystem.
