BYU SHOULDNâT HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT OF THE PLAYOFF LAST YEAR.
BYU SHOULDNâT BE LEFT OUT OF THE CHRISTIAN CONVERSATION.
BYU SHOULDNâT BE DISRESPECTED FOR THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
BYU SHOULDNâT BE LOOKED DOWN ON BY ANYONE.
BYU SHOULD BE THE #1 TEAM IN THE COUNTRY.

Is it still the âidealâ for mothers to stay at home with their kids?

444 votes âą 41 minutesIâve been fortunate enough to have many people in my life that radiate the light of Christ. Starting with my parents. I couldnât have been more blessed with a mom and dad that love the Savior and set an example of what it means to let your light shine. One day I hope I can shine a light as bright as them!
When has a friend, teacher, family member, or another person in your life been an example of a light on the hill to you?
The Savior has invited us to âLet your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heavenâ (Matthew 5:16).
I love meeting disciples of Jesus Christ around the world. You reflect the Saviorâs light in your countenance and inspire more people than you may ever know.
I look forward to being with our exceptional disciples of Christ across the globe at the Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults on November 1 and discussing how we can center our thoughts on Jesus Christ and His hopeful, ever-shining light.
Yes!!!
Although he may have more rushing TDâs than any other BYU QB by the end of next season. At his current rate of .85 rushing TDâs/ game, he only needs 19 more games to pass Hill.
Bear isn't going to put up the numbers of Detmer/McMahon.
However, he is on track to be one of the best quarterbacks in BYU history. The kid just wins and has that mentality of "give me the ball and I'll win us the game" while still being incredibly humble. He trusts the guys around him and is never too high never too low.
Whether you believe in the same thing as the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or not, we can always build on common beliefs.
Having studied various religions of the world, I know that every religion that I have studied has similar beliefs. For example many people believe in a supreme being. They may call Him by different names, but I know God exists.
Other examples of fasting, prayer, sabbath day observation, or that we are all children of God.
Letâs build on common beliefs. Satan just wants to label and divide us so that we hate each other. Letâs focus on building bridges, not tearing them down.
President Dallin H. Oaks (@OaksDallinH) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints welcomed religious leaders from around the world to Salt Lake City on Thursday, October 15, 2026, as part of the G20 Interfaith Forum.
He called the forum âthe most prominent constellation of leaders on the subject that brings us together that has ever gathered in Salt Lake City.â

The simple act of planting a tree can carry spiritual significance.
Â
Today in Kenya, Valérie and I had the wonderful opportunity to plant a tree at the Nairobi Arboretum, to celebrate the fourth anniversary of a remarkable initiative to plant billions of trees across Kenya.
Â
This effort will help mitigate the effects of persistent drought, while providing nutritious food for local communities and strengthening self-reliance.
Â
As part of this initiative, over the past few years, the Church has supported the distribution of nearly 600,000 fruit tree seedlings, including mango, avocado, and citrus trees.
Â
As Latter-day Saints, our understanding of Godâs plan helps us see the natural world not merely as a collection of resources to be used, but as a precious gift from Godâone that deserves our gratitude, reverence, and care.
Â
As children of God, we are not incidental to the Creation; we are central to its purpose. Caring for the Earth and caring for Godâs children are inseparable responsibilities. We cannot truly care for one without caring for the other.
Â
As we strive to be faithful stewards of Godâs creations, we honor the Creator Himself and affirm the divine worth of each of His children.
Letâs go @bearb47 !!!
If you have a chance to read the Book of Mormon, by all means, Iâd recommend it. It can change your life. It has mine!
Pat McAfee just shared on his show the full story behind the viral moment of reading the Book of Mormon live on College GameDay.
Turns out a BYU student tossed a Book of Mormon onto the stage, and Pat proceeded to pick it up and read it live on air. It was completely spontaneous.
The verses he picked were completely random, prompted by the markings made by the student đ
Hopefully this moment spurs more people to pick up a Book of Mormon and explore what it contains for themselves!
The Book of Mormon testifies of Jesus Christ and is full of truth rooted in His gospel. Along with the Bible, it is an inspired book that has helped millions come to know Jesus Christ.
@PatMcAfeeShow Thank you for giving us that great moment and we invite you to continue reading God's words that have changed our lives!

Bear Bachmeier is like some legendary old-school QB from the 1920s your grandpa tells you about that you half donât believe him is real.
âLet me tell your the story of a QB named Bear who wore #47, trucked linebackers, caught touchdowns, and played guitar with his brother Tigerâ
We NEED a Big 12 Shorts program. I know we have âThe Cutâ with BYU⊠Maybe Studio C could pick up this idea!

All that we do in the temple is tied directly to the Lord Jesus Christ. Here we can become more holy, more like the Savior.
Â
As a new Apostle of the Lord in 2017, I was grateful to visit this wonderful country. Sister Rasband and I were overjoyed to return this weekend as I fulfilled an assignment from the First Presidency to dedicate the Managua Nicaragua Temple.
Â
Attending the temple is a deeply personal experience. One by one we present ourselves at the entrance and are invited into the Lordâs house.
Â
One by one we receive ordinances and make covenants. One by one we may feel lifted, reminded, and renewed in our spiritual journey, receiving greater hope, and strength from the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
Â
Go often to the temple, let its light bless your whole life.
Â
As an Apostle of Jesus Christ called to testify of Him and His name in all the world, I bear my solemn witness that He lives, and is directing the work of the ongoing Restoration.
Â
Stay close to Him, and show your love by spending time in His hallowed house.

The worldâs great religious, philosophical, and ethical traditions have guided human civilization and society for millennia. We need that wisdom and those values to anchor AI today.
Because many individuals now ask AI about faith, religion, and belief, it is in the common good that AI answer such questions accurately, honestly, and respectfully.
As I spoke on AI for the common good at the G20 Interfaith Forum held in Salt Lake City yesterday, I suggested that we will not fulfill our responsibility until we understand that we, and not any technology, must shape our best future.
My great hope is that AI with strong moral compass will contribute to the gift of possibility where anyone everywhere can become their best self and change the world for good.

All of us can receive divine direction for our lives.
If you are doing your best to honor the covenants you have made with your Heavenly Father, you can act in faith knowing that you will receive His guidance in your life.
I was pleased to share my thoughts on this during a conversation with the director of social media for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints during my time at BYU-Idaho last week.
This guy is funny. ND, please beat them in 3 weeks! Even better⊠Iâd be happy if Pitt or NC beats them in the next 2 weeks. Anyone, please beat Miami!
