We should teach children about money in schools. Both parents and students want more financial education in the National Curriculum, and the Government is committed to delivering this. If we taught children about investments, we could set them up for a lifetime of financial stability, and encourage the entrepreneurship and risk-taking which is the basis of a healthy economy. Financial education is a must, not an afterthought.

In 1957, a Russian immigrant published a novel of more than a thousand pages built around one question: what happens if the people who make the world run simply stop? Its title is Atlas Shrugged. In France it's called La Grève, The Strike. It wasn't even translated into French until 2011. That tells you something. This morning, I think Elon Musk wrote the sequel. A. Where the book comes from. Ayn Rand was born Alisa Rosenbaum in Saint Petersburg in 1905. As a teenager, she watched Bolshevik soldiers walk into her father's pharmacy and seize it in the name of the people. Her family lost everything. Not to a competitor. To a committee. She fled to America in 1926 and spent the rest of her life writing about one distinction: those who create, and those who seize. B. The story. In Atlas Shrugged, America is sliding into decline. Not because of war. Because of rules. Year after year, a growing class of bureaucrats, regulators and planners decides that production must be controlled, shared "fairly," frozen. They never build anything. They issue directives. The worst one freezes every worker in his job and forces every inventor to hand over his patents for the public good. And one by one, the people who make the country run start disappearing. The best engineers. The industrialists. The inventors. An oil man sets his own wells on fire before vanishing. The whole country keeps repeating a question it doesn't understand: "Who is John Galt?" John Galt is the man behind the disappearances. He has convinced the creators to go on strike. They withdraw to a hidden valley in the Colorado mountains, where everyone keeps what they make and trades freely. And they let the world find out what it looks like without them. The lights go out in New York. The grey men are left alone with their directives, and discover that a directive has never produced a single kilowatt. C. The core idea. The strike isn't about money. It's about consent. Rand's insight is that the system that captures the creators runs on their cooperation. It needs them to keep producing so it has something to redistribute. The bureaucrat is a parasite who needs a host. Remove the host, and he's exposed as what he always was: useless. D. What Musk just did. This morning, Musk announced that next year he will give one of his own SpaceX shares to every kid in America. "The first of many." Here's what's fascinating. It's the strike, run in reverse. Rand's creators withdrew. Musk stays. He keeps building rockets, satellites, AI. But instead of walking away from the system, he walks around it. The value goes straight from the builder to the citizen. No ministry, no agency, no committee in the middle. Rand had to make the creators disappear to prove the bureaucrats were useless. Musk doesn't need to disappear. He just needs to stop routing value through them. Same result. The grey men are left standing in the middle of a pipe nobody uses anymore. E. The difference that changes everything. Rand's strike has a flaw her critics never stopped pointing out: ordinary people are left behind. The creators retreat to their valley. The rest of the country sits in the dark. Musk's version fixes that. He isn't taking the creators out of the world. He's bringing the world into the valley. Every kid in America becomes a shareholder in the machine. Not a spectator of the strike. A participant. That's the alliance being formed right now: builders and citizens, directly, with nothing in between. And the only people who lose that deal are the ones who never built anything. F. Why now, and not in 1957. In Rand's time, the strike was a fantasy. You couldn't produce at scale without the state's permission, and you couldn't reach every citizen without its pipes. In 2026, one founder can build rockets, run a global network from orbit, and pledge equity to 73 million children in a single post. AI will soon do in seconds what a ministry does in years. The tools of the strike finally exist. And they don't require anyone to leave. G. The ending. For seventy years, "Who is John Galt?" was a shrug. A way of saying nothing can be done. In the book, the strike ends when the creators decide the road is clear and walk back into the world to rebuild it. That's the scene we're watching. Not a man leaving. A man coming back, with a gift for every child. The grey men are about to discover what Rand promised them seventy years ago: a world that no longer needs them.
I don't know if you realize what just happened. Elon Musk is completely bypassing the State. For 100 years, we've been told the problem is capital. That it must be captured, taxed, redistributed. With an army of intermediaries standing between those who create wealth and the people: ministries, agencies, commissions, bureaucrats. Musk is doing the opposite. He's taking his capital and giving it directly to the people. One SpaceX share to every kid in America. Not a handout. Not a subsidy. A piece of the machine that's taking humanity to Mars. And he says it himself: this is the first of many. Mises understood this back in 1944: the bureaucrat creates nothing. He administers what others created, following rules that have no connection to the value produced. The day value flows directly from the one who creates it to the one who receives it, the bureaucrat has no function left. That's what's being born right now. A new liberal world order, where the very concept of the State will make less and less sense. The world we're entering is a world of abundance. AI, robots, energy, space. And that abundance won't come through the State, for one simple reason: we have a century of proof that it doesn't work. Redistribution was version 1.0. Direct distribution of capital is 2.0. While France is still debating how to tax builders even more, America is handing stock to its kids. Pick your side.

My guess is less than 1% of legacy media has the knowledge base on which such a question and follow-up could be based, much less the courage and skill to pose them. Bravo to Professor @JodiGHunt. The almost relentless winnowing of Judeo-Christian orthodoxy from the news business over four decades has left it incapable of understanding much less including such viewpoints in their collective political coverage. Grateful and surprised that @CNN allowed the professor her time at the microphone to demonstrate why a traditional Christian voter would prefer AG Paxton over Mr. Talarico despite having strongly supported Senator @JohnCornyn in the primary.

Interesting discussion this morning with Sir @CraigOliver100 and @bbcnickrobinson on @BBCr4today programme about the prospect of another EU referendum. We discussed the likelihood of one taking place, how a campaign might play out, and our reflections on Brexit ten years on - a theme I wrote about in June. Do buy a copy of my book on Amazon (link in next post). US launch in early November!

This should be played in every school and aired on every TV station today. This 1948 cartoon warns of the dangers of communism and to beware of any individual, organization, or politicians that attempts to escalate class warfare to divide the country and make socialism appear to be the only solution. We will always have our differences, but putting the government in charge of everything for promises that you will be taken care of and surrendering your freedom, is absolutely NOT the solution!

CHRISTIANS, THINK ABOUT THIS IN THE MOST BASIC WAY POSSIBLE. Imagine your family owns a house. You have children living in it. Every few years, everyone in the house gets to vote on who manages it. That person helps decide: What your children are taught. How your money is spent. What behavior is permitted. What rules everyone lives under. Who gets hired. Who gets fired. And what direction the household takes. But you look at the candidates and say: "Neither one perfectly represents my Christian values." "Politics is dirty." "I don't like either of them." "God is in control anyway." So you DON'T VOTE. Here's the problem: THE ELECTION STILL HAPPENS. The other people in the house don't stop voting because you stayed home. They choose the manager. The manager gets the authority. The rules get written. The money gets spent. And your children STILL LIVE UNDER THOSE DECISIONS. Then imagine spending the next four years complaining about how the house is being managed. That's the part I struggle to understand. Voting isn't worship. A politician isn't your pastor. A ballot isn't a declaration that you approve of everything a human being has ever said or done. It's choosing which imperfect human beings will exercise enormous governmental power. And if millions of good people decide they are too disappointed, too frustrated or too morally pure to participate, political power doesn't disappear. SOMEONE ELSE EXERCISES IT. Someone else chooses the lawmakers. Someone else chooses the governors. Someone else chooses the school boards. Someone else chooses the direction of the country your CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN will inherit. You can sit out politics. Politics will NOT sit out your life. Evil doesn't require every good person to become evil. Sometimes it simply requires enough good people to stand aside while decisions are being made.

Theology that fills the mind while hardening the heart has gone badly wrong somewhere. The purpose of knowing God is never to make us colder, harsher, or less able to enter the pain of another person. Scripture says, “The goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith” (1 Timothy 1:5). Paul could speak of great knowledge and still warn that without love we become spiritually empty. “If I… know all mysteries and all knowledge… but do not have love, I am nothing” (1 Corinthians 13:2). Knowing doctrine accurately matters deeply, but doctrine has reached its proper end only when truth begins shaping the kind of people we are. Look at Christ. No one ever possessed greater truth, greater holiness, or greater authority, yet He was moved with compassion when He saw the crowds distressed and helpless (Matthew 9:36). His compassion never weakened truth, and His truth never made Him indifferent to suffering. The more clearly we know Him, the more deeply both should appear in us. This is why Paul tells believers to “put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience” (Colossians 3:12). These are not optional personality traits for naturally tender people. They are part of the life Christ produces in those who belong to Him. We should therefore be suspicious of any theology that makes us enjoy winning arguments while becoming careless with wounded people. Sound doctrine should make us more patient with the weak, more serious about sin, more careful with truth, and more willing to bear another person’s burden. If our study of God leaves us less like the Christ we claim to know, the problem is not that theology went too deep. It is that it never went deep enough.

Rodney Stark's description of the church's transformation of Roman society never fails to inspire. Christianity “revitalized life in Greco-Roman cities by providing new norms and new kinds of social relationships able to cope with many urgent urban problems. To cities filled with the homeless and the impoverished, Christianity offered charity as well as hope. To cities filled with newcomers and strangers, Christianity offered an immediate basis for attachments. To cities filled with orphans and widows, Christianity provided a new and expanded sense of family. To cities torn by violent ethnic strife, Christianity offered a new basis for social solidarity. And to cities faced with epidemics, fires, and earthquakes, Christianity offered effective nursing services.” Go and do likewise.

Here are ten grotesque hoaxes that permanently broke corporate journalism and exposed their cartel forever. Legacy media executives feign bewilderment over their cratering credibility, yet the historical record tells an undeniable story. The collapse of public trust was earned through calculated psychological operations, doctored footage, and deliberate institutional fraud. They demanded you ignore your own eyes, surrender basic common sense, and treat blatant partisan propaganda as sacred scripture. 1. The "Fiery But Mostly Peaceful" Spectacle (CNN, 2020) Ali Velshi stood in front of towering infernos consuming Kenosha storefronts while the lower-third graphic insisted the scene was "mostly peaceful." The broadcast demanded viewers distrust their own eyes to protect the regime's preferred civil unrest. 2. The Covington Catholic Character Assassination (2019) Legacy networks selectively sliced footage of teenager Nick Sandmann standing motionless while an activist banged a drum inches from his face. The media branded a quiet high schooler as the face of white supremacy, triggering multi-million dollar defamation settlements once uncut footage destroyed the script. 3. The Jussie Smollett Hate Crime Fable (2019) Anchors uncritically broadcast an absurd fairy tale featuring sub-zero Chicago temperatures, roving assailants carrying bleach, and an intact noose. Newsrooms substituted basic police reporting with cheap racial melodrama, crowning a mediocre actor a martyr before Chicago police dismantled the fraud. 4. The Hunter Biden Laptop Suppression (2020) Fifty-one retired intelligence operatives signed a letter laundering genuine domestic corruption as foreign influence. Corporate networks obediently censored the report right before a presidential election, only verifying the laptop years later when political consequences had expired. 5. The Charlottesville "Very Fine People" Deception (2017) Cable news ran a heavily edited nine-second soundbite to convince the public that a sitting president endorsed white supremacists. They buried the explicit sentence spoken moments later condemning neo-Nazis entirely. Networks weaponized this lie for seven consecutive years. 6. The Border Patrol "Whips" Fabrication (2021) Anchors and politicians accused mounted border agents of using whips against Haitian migrants along the Rio Grande. Even after the civilian photographer publicly testified that agents used split reins to control horses, the media kept the smear alive to paralyze sovereign enforcement. 7. The Automotive "Bloodbath" Panic (2024) Commentators clipped a speech analyzing Chinese auto tariffs and manufactured a panic about nationwide political slaughter. Outlets coordinated identical headlines across digital platforms, deliberately deceiving voters to produce cheap campaign fear. Clip Search: Trump bloodbath auto industry speech full context 8. The Steele Dossier Collusion Hoax (2016 to 2019) Cable hosts spent years reading unverified opposition research funded by political opponents as sacred scripture. Pundits guaranteed imminent treason indictments on prime-time television, harvesting viewer paranoia to fuel a multi-million-dollar ratings racket built on zero evidence. 9. The "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" Myth (2014) Pundits raised their hands on air to validate an execution narrative that never happened in Ferguson. The federal Justice Department ultimately demolished the story using forensic ballistics, yet networks permanently embedded the fabrication into modern cultural folklore. 10. The Wuhan Lab Leak "Racist Conspiracy" Blackout (2020) Legacy reporters branded the virology laboratory hypothesis a xenophobic delusion to protect international bureaucracies and federal research grants. Once evidence made the scenario undeniable, the press pivoted without acknowledging their coordinated suppression of scientific inquiry. These ten hoaxes barely scratch the surface of a decades-long catalog of engineered deception. X has character limits, and modern server infrastructure has physical constraints. Documenting every single fabrication produced by the left-wing press would literally require paving the entire surface of the moon with data centers. The legacy cartel traded its credibility for partisan propaganda, and the American public permanently revoked its trust. The monopoly is broken, the curtain is down, and their authority will never return.

Unto Jesus, not unto men In our lives, Jesus wants to be Lord of all. Rev 3:16. What version of Jesus do you believe? The false preached Jesus that following doesn’t come with a cost? The one that keeps you comfortable, the one that keeps you just the way that you are? The one that tells you everything that you want to hear? Or the True and Risen Jesus? The one that calls you out of your comfort? The one that calls you to give up your sinful and selfish will? The one that calls you to sacrifice? The one that does come with a cost and calls you to fully surrender and submit to Him no matter the cost? The True and Risen Jesus is who we should all desire to believe and follow. Not the American version, the watered down version, or the Jesus we made up in our mind. But the true Biblical version. Because that Jesus is the one that lives and sits on the throne, the only one that can save, the one that heals, and the one that transforms. “Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32

🚨VIRGINIANS, VOTE NO -- 3 TIMES!🚨 🇺🇸EARLY VOTING BEGINS Friday, Sept. 18! Please share!🇺🇸 🚫Vote NO on the THREE extremist state constitutional amendments on the Virginia ballot: From voteno3x.com: Guiding Principles of Constitutional Change "Constitutions, state and federal, are documents that should guide our decision making. They should only be amended by careful review and scrutiny. Most matters of conflict are decided by law and should never rise to the level of changing the constitution. "The constitution provides the fundamental principles that provide government stability and protect minority rights from the political power of one party. To change the United States Constitution, it requires ratification by two-thirds of the states. To change the Constitution of Virginia, it requires a simple majority. The threshold in Virginia is low to change the Constitution. This has created a quagmire in which one-party rule is trampling on the rights of the minority. "The proposed amendments specifically target the vulnerable: preborn children, minors, parents, religious organizations, people of faith, people with deeply held convictions, victims of human trafficking, victims of crime, those seeking to maintain protection for sex separate spaces, and voter representation in Congress. "Decisions to amend the constitution should not be snap decision made in special sessions of the General Assembly when a majority of the voters have not had time to review or understand the implications of the amendment. This is what occurred in Virginia when a special session was called the week prior to the November 2025 election. This session was called specifically to pass the redistricting amendment so that it could be voted on for a second time by the 2026 General Assembly. "Changing the constitution frequently degrades its value. Rather than focusing on the guiding principles of the constitution to make law, the constitution becomes ordinary, something that can be changed without serious forethought. Its authority is lost. It is no longer a guiding structure but simply a document that can be changed by the will of the ruling party. This is tyranny. The foundational document designed to specifically protect the minority becomes a worthless piece of paper controlled by the ruling class."
