Senator Kennedy is actually asking the hard questions to prove that this Administration has justified reasons for the changes. Many of the Officials, Agents that has experienced being the Victim by force and beyond their control, but perhaps wants or have always wanted a career or position in law enforcement should never be victimized forever. Senator Kennedy is actually clarifying and showing our citizens there is a difference of intentionally performing a criminal act or being forced into a criminal and illegal act. There is still vetting, training and expectations, requirements and qualifications to be accepted, just as there should be in any job, career or position.
