New York state's "body armor ban" has been overturned 🤌🏽
But, as stated in my video below, NY can just re-write the law and pass it again just like they did with their concealed carry "laws" after the SCOTUS Bruen decision.
If they do that, I believe they should be criminally charged - all the details below ⬇️

The usual suspects.
In 2020, Virginia Sen. Louise Lucas called four fellow Democrats “a bunch of wimps” for killing an “assault weapons” ban.
Today, she was federally indicted for allegedly running a $4.5 million marijuana enterprise. The FBI pulled guns out of the cannabis shops tied to her, and the indictment includes a count for possessing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking.
Guns for her. Gun bans for you.

🚨BREAKING: U.S. Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ) was hit with pepper spray after stepping between ICE agents and anti-ICE protesters during clashes outside the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark, New Jersey.
Kim reportedly tried to de-escalate the situation amid ongoing unrest tied to a detainee hunger strike, but got caught in the spray when agents moved to clear the area. He was seen receiving first aid for breathing difficulties and irritation.

Yep. Right on cue. Almost as if it were planned.
The DSA dorks don't waste a minute. Instead of praising a brave American, they call for further control of your Fundamental Rights.
We need more DSA control. Their rhetoric is the problem.
We don't need more gun control we need more Doctor control. Take a look at the last few Mass shootings committed And look at who committed them. If we ignore the trend more problems will happen. It's not the weapon it is the person.

"The thing finds you. You just have to be building when it arrives." - Elon Musk.
THIS is how you move forward.
Elon Musk was asked at a private dinner what he would do if SpaceX and Tesla both failed simultaneously and he lost every dollar. The question was intended as a hypothetical ice breaker. His answer lasted 8 minutes and the table went silent.
He said he would move into the cheapest apartment he could find, buy a computer, and start building the next thing within 24 hours. Not in a week. Not after processing the loss. Within 24 hours. He said the loss of the money would not bother him. The loss of the companies would devastate him. But the devastation would last one night. The building would start the next morning.
Someone at the table asked what the "next thing" would be. He said he didn't know and that the not knowing wouldn't slow him down. "The thing finds you. You just have to be building when it arrives."
The answer reveals something about his relationship with money that most people misunderstand. Money is not the goal. Money is not even the scorecard. Money is the fuel that lets the machine run. Losing the fuel is a logistics problem. Losing the machine is a psychological one. He can survive the logistics problem overnight. The psychological recovery takes a morning.
This is the same man who put his last $35 million into SpaceX when both companies were failing. He did not diversify. He did not hedge. He put every remaining dollar into the thing he was building because the alternative, having money but no machine, was worse to him than having no money and a machine that might work.
The table at the dinner expected him to say something about resilience or growth mindset. Instead they got a man who described total financial destruction with the same emotional weight that most people describe losing a parking spot. The money is replaceable. The morning is for building. The building doesn't wait for recovery. Recovery IS building.
"The thing finds you. You just have to be building when it arrives." The richest man alive doesn't fear losing everything. He fears stopping.

It is time to stop the madness. Let's elect someone who will, most likely, do a LOT less damage to the state and it's residents.
Or, do you like the way NY State is going?
Downward.......
NY ELECTION ISN'T ABOUT TRUMP
It's not about Trump.
In New York. It's not about Trump.
It's about you. You, and how the governor is screwing you.
You and your family and your state.
In New York, the election is about the least popular governor in America and the most expensive and dysfunctional state government in the country.
It's about holding a governor accountable for five years of failure and fatigue. It's about understanding that the chaos in Albany is separate from the chaos in Washington, and while you can't do much about Washington, you can make a change in Albany.
And if you don't, you're going to keep getting screwed.
Your neighbors will keep moving away, your jobs will keep disappearing, your poverty rates will keep rising, your streets will continue to be unsafe, your schools will continue to fail.
Poverty? In New York City, it was 18% when she took over and it's 26% now, with similar numbers across the state.
Taxes? Business rates were 6.5% when she took over and they're 7.25% now, taking some $20 billion a year out of our employers' pockets. She has raised the MTA payroll mobility tax twice and folks in New York City are a combined 9.43% before local taxes are factored in.
Energy? Electricity rates have gone up 68% since she became governor. Natural gas prices have gone up 25%. And both of those are the result of state taxes and policies -- state taxes and policies signed into law by the governor.
Housing? Housing costs over much of the state have increased some 50% since she became governor -- compared to 30% nationally.
Education? Most expensive public schools in America, with middling outcomes in our best schools and horrific results for students in our cities -- and some of the lowest literacy rates in the country.
Health care? Health insurance is 40% more expensive in New York than in the rest of the country -- because of taxes and mandates signed into law by the governor.
Outmigration? During each year of this governor's term, more than 400,000 people have moved out of the state, far outstripping the number moving in. And those moving out have largely been tax payers and those moving in have largely been tax users.
Management? This governor had a wildcat strike in her prisons and two inmates savagely beaten to death by correctional officers and yet has done nothing to replace her failed commissioner or make the prisons safe for inmates and employees.
And the Tax Foundation says this governor's New York is dead last among the states when it comes to places to start or run a business.
And none of that is about Trump. All of that is about Hochul. It doesn't matter whether you hate him or love him. This is about her.
More of her constituents tell pollsters they disapprove of her than any other governor in the country. Her state is troubled and trending downward.
And it's her fault.
And it's your choice.
You can't fix Washington, but you can fix Albany.
